I support the free market and the ability of people to make as much of a profit as they want by providing a service or good but sometimes I have to wonder about the consumers.

Yesterday I had to pick up a few things so I ran to a local Kmart and stood and waited in line to have my items rang out. Lucky for me I got to witness by far the biggest materialist I have ever seen in my life. This woman could possibly be the reason why some items have limits on purchase quantities. She had a white blouse as well as about 9 or 10 other pieces of clothing, which by the looks of her jewelry, she clearly didn't need, in her cart and the cashier was trying to explain to this woman that their was not a sale on this particular piece of clothing.

Now even if I was having a great day, I would have dropped the situation and went on with my life. Believe me I can live without buying crap I don't need, but then again, I'm a rational thinker and a person that doesn't need crap to feel good about himself. This woman apparently didn't share my traits.

I watched this grown 40 something year old woman get mad, turn red, stomp her foot on the ground like an 8 year old, literally throw her hands up and down and scream at this poor girl behind the cash register because she seen the ad that said that this particular blouse was a few dollars off. At this point I had to start laughing because this girl behind the cash register was at the point of just blowing this woman off.

But wait it gets better.

The 40 year old proceeds to start yelling at us in line for not backing her up and uses the famous line:

"Don't you know who I am?"

Clearly I still don't nor do I care but it got me to thinking about many in this country who live their lives like this never having to appreciate the work put behind earning the money to pay for something.

Obviously this woman was at least one if not all of three things. She either had no brain, too much money, or didn't work. If there is one downside to capitalism it's a little inevitable side-effect called Materialism. It seems to me that when people have little room in their hearts for family, friends, or God, they measure their own worth and the worth of others by the size of their wallet, their name recognition, and the sizes of their estate. But do these people really spend their own money? Do you think that the majority of the people that fit into this category actually understand the concept of hard work.

If you do I've got a bridge to sell you.

Many people in this country live off of the bounties provided by others and believe it or not they aren't usually Republicans. Sure you will hear the stereotypical BS from college professors about how the majority of Republicans are rich heartless oil shareholders but let's take something into account. When you look at Hollywood and New York City do you really see a strong GOP holdout?

It's very ironic that the same liberal dipsticks that will sit and bitch at you evil rich folks and your selfish hardworking ways are also usually loaded at levels that you could only dream of. It's just they usually earn their pay by decreasing yours. It's you "rich" people who go to work, pick your kids up from school or from the bus, drive them to practice, go home take care of the house, go out to the market to buy what you need and then have to find a way to pay the rent or the mortgage, who obviously need to pay for the lifestyles of congressmen, senators, and their families.

After all they need golden toilets, the occasional Lexus here and there, vacation homes that they never live in, expensive exotic vacations, free health care, and a bunch of expensive crap that may or may not get used. After all they can't pay for all of that stuff by themselves. I mean they are important people and we should all respect their high stature.

It never ceased to amaze me how the hardworking in America always get screwed in the end. Those people who never make a big stink about anything, focused on raising and protecting their families and making just enough to get by are by far the most attacked group of people in this country. They work for the American dream and in the end somebody is always there to make sure that they earn their cut off of something they had nothing to do with. It's amazing to live in a country where we reward those who make a living honestly with higher taxes, verbal abuse, and false labels.

My Dad said something to me that I still hold as my driving statement through life. You can only make something shine as bright as you want it to by putting that much effort into shining it yourself. We only get how much we want to get out of something and I think that this is something that fits under that big lost subject of responsibility that isn't taught anymore.

It may be politically incorrect or unfair but guess what? Life isn't fair. We fall down but we get back up. That's life, and I think that it's time that we take all the little princesses and fortunate sons of the world and force them to face that reality. You only get what you earn.

Hillary Staging Questions...No Way!

If the last debate wasn't any sign Hillary has absolutely no values to which she can form coherent political stances and beliefs from, this story sure takes the cake.

I'm sure by now you have heard the story of the college student in Iowa who was approached by a top unnamed Clinton staffer and asked if she would like to ask Hillary about energy. Now there is nothing wrong with that particular action. Campaign staffers do this all the time to make sure that they get a variety of different questions to make sure that their candidate appears diversified and well rounded.

But that wasn't the case here. Apparently this staffer wanted to tell the college student what softball question she could ask and what she couldn't say. Muriel Gallo-Chasanoff now has a distaste for politics, and I'm proud to welcome her to the club that the majority of America has found themselves in. She has finally gotten a grasp on the big picture when it comes to that woman. One hand holds dishonesty and the other hand is ready to stab you in the back.

Sure the media can paint this beautiful image of Clinton being this level-headed, calm, and highly experienced woman when she's answering nothing but loaded fluff questions, but last time I checked the most powerful position on Earth was not supposed to be an easy feat to accomplish. Even Dan Quayle could read a script and this says script all over it.

Now I am in now way implying that this is something completely new to the realm of politics or specific only to Hillary. I'm sure many campaigns do this, but what I find most entertaining is the fact that the media tried to downplay this anyway they could only to have it blow up in their faces.

Why you ask?

Because Hillary did not pull her famous, "I don't recall," ploy. This was what the MSM in her pocket was hoping for. They wanted for her to deny it so they could get back to painting her another gender card for her to use liberally. She's just a woman in a man's world and she's being discriminated against with all these "hard questions" and allegations.

Never mind the trail of dead bodies and one dead boyfriend that seems to follow her around. Never mind her nanosecond flip flops at the last debate. How about her involvement in selling secrets out the back door to the Chinese? Fuhgetabotit!

We just need to know she's a woman. That right there is her experience.

An Avoidable Price Of War

The Story

Veteran rights have always been near and dear to my heart and this story right here just goes to show that out of all of the politicians on the right and left, who stand on a soapbox and rant about how much they care for the security of our troops, none of them have done crap on the matter. These men and women know very well the ultimate sacrifice when they go off to a foreign land to fight for this country, but they also expect for us to have their backs when they come home. Apparently we can't even guarantee them that.

Most of America is fast asleep. They go to work, if they even do that, and then come home to sit and watch Dancing with the Stars or American Idol. They don't watch the news, they don't read anything, yet they feel compelled to voice their opinion when it comes to the war or the current administration. Even more pathetic is the fact that most of them don't even vote.

If you don't vote what do you have to complain about?

But nonetheless, they find something and they still do. Now the other group of Americans, the minority, which I seem to find myself apart of, realize what is going on in the world, realize what sacrifices are being made by these great men and women, and realize most importantly that they aren't coming home to arms wide open. Sure they may get a college education or a check, but who is really making sure that they come back to what they need?

Apparently not that many.

The Veterans Affairs Department identified 1500 homeless veterans of just this RECENT war. They've managed to get 400 of them into their programs designated towards helping homeless vets. That's just roughly 27%. Ladies and gentlemen, that is totally unacceptable.

That means that out of every group of 1500 homeless vets, taking just a small fragment of the 195,000 homeless heroes that are in this country, around 73% of the homeless vets are excluded from this program because of ineligibility or lack of awareness of these programs. The ineligible part shouldn't exist and frankly neither should the awareness part.

Any government official that says the our veterans are taken care of is a liar and, as far as I'm concerned, guilty of negligent homicide. While they sit on top of their golden parachute salary and health benefits, courtesy of the American taxpayer, that they can rake in even after being voted out of office, we have men and women who are the real reason for our freedoms dying out on the streets cold and alone.

But instead of people demanding that groups like the VA take a more direct approach to this problem we get the typical excuse making talking points. We'll hear things like:

- Obviously they want to live that way.
- They can get whatever they want as long as they ask.

Or my favorite

- That number really isn't that big.

When you have someone who is severely mentally scarred from a war experience, how in the hell would a person in their right mind think they just "want to live homeless." Was there any psychological analysis conducted to back this up? Now I'm sure that you will find a fruit loop out of every group of people, but I seriously doubt out of every 1500 homeless soldiers, 1100 of them are nuts. There definitely is something fishy with that tale.

It's about time that people in this country start putting things into perspective. If we can have lobbyists on a day to day basis trying to grab Washington by the ear for rights and freebies for illegal immigrants and people who have no right to nor deserve them, how can we sit and allow for many of our heroes and patriots to die out on the street broke and alone.

What a way to honor those who fought for all that we have. Take away all that they have.

Where I've Been

We'll ladies and gentlemen I'm back from another unusually long hiatus from blogging. A lot of things have happened that I've missed and wanted to cover. Hillary Clinton managed to destroy her own self on a recent Democrat debate. Pat Robertson has tried to convince his religious followers to use brains that they don't have. McCain's mom hates "them Mormons." The bread girl got booed at a Mellencamp concert. Joe Lieberman had the courage to stand up and call the far left out for exactly what they are; a paranoid group of hyper partisans who will stop at nothing to hold power again. This means even if they take the country down in flames with them.

I was invited to speak at a conservation convention recently and my work in this field has taken up large parts of my schedule in the past few weeks. I'm glad to say that we had a great turn out and I was very fortunate to speak with many other concerned conservationists, hunters, sportsmen, fishermen, farmers, and just plain old conscious citizens about the state of the environment in Michigan and of our Great Lakes. It was also great to hear so many folks voice their concerns over the attacks on sportsmen's rights in this state. So by all means it was a great success.

Work has been a bear but I got promoted and got a raise which is always a great thing. Which means I'm moving on to bigger and better things. No more annoying assistant breathing down my throat. On the side I've been working as an intern at a local pharmacy for college.

So that is where I've been, and hopefully this is where I'll stay at least for a while.

What I Seen In The Republican Debate

For the record, last night was the first time in a long while that I was really impressed with a debate. So let me get straight to the point. For the first time I'm sounding off on what I think of each candidate. Note that I am not telling you to support or pushing support for any these candidates but analyzing how I feel about their positions and qaulifications to be a leader we need.

Rudy Giuliani kicked ass. There is no doubt about it. He was concise, straight to the point, and handled every question and attack with ease. For the first time in this entire race I seen a leader step out of the heard, and that was Giuliani.

Thompson did better than he did in the last debate. I think that he was only able to come in full swing at the very beginning and the very end of the debate. Thompson attacked Giuliani and Romney's "conservative credentials" and reaffirmed his constitution first beliefs and superiority to the others in the debate. I think Thompson has one problem though. He carries no presence. He is not the great communicator that many made him out to be in the first place and unlike Romney or Giuliani, the confidence is not there. I'm not sure that he is what we need in this country.

Ron Paul. What can I say about him that hasn't already been said? He's an isolationist, an anti-interventionist and is exactly the person we DO NOT need in the White House. His positions which seek out blaming the American military for everything under the sun and his whiny peace rants only demonstrate the empty for rent loft between his ears.

Romney got lost in Giuliani's shadow but he also did extremely well. His Health Care plan beats the pants off of Hillary care. Rather than forcing the uninsured and those who purchase their own health insurance onto some government waiting list, which the politicians would be separate from, Romney's plan allows people to buy into their own private insurance at a market level and allow for separate funds to be set up for those in need. You manage your care and decide what's best for you rather than Hillary care which tells you what's best for you.

I respect McCain for his service to this country, but I just don't trust him. I get flashbacks of 2000 and remember his pairing with Hillary and he isn't convincing me with his supposed life long conservatism rants. Something doesn't click.

Tancredo was able to branch out of the stereotype of him being a one issue candidate. He didn't do anything wrong but I feel that he felt like a fish out of water on these issues. If it wasn't regarding immigration or education he just didn't seem that proficient on the issue.

Duncan Hunter spoke very well with his support for Mirror Trade. I am so happy to finally hear someone from the right say something from the right when it comes to trade rather than the same NAFTA bull. If they supposedly support a competitive market place and capitalism why would they allow for anything other than a level playing field for our companies to compete on against foreign companies. I say if they charge a 19% tariff on our exports, we do the same if not more on theirs.

Huckabee has no chance of winning but I feel he would also make a great run against Hillary. He's conservative, in the sense of actually being against big government and entitlements, and knows exactly what this country is faced with. He reminds me a lot of Reagan but I doubt that he could ever pull off capturing the nomination.

Chertoff Wants To "Plan" For IED's In America

Mr. Chertoff, you have outdone yourself once again. Nobody else that has held the seat that presides over our security and well-being in this country has made as many stupid, incoherent, and thoughtless statements as you have within the years of this administration.

The only thing that is funnier in this statement than the idea of a new "blueprint to fight IEDs" is this collective idea that they have of stopping IEDs by "planning ahead." Unless we plan on living in a fear based society like Israel where we will wait in lines for hours to simply go into a store; the only way to stop IEDs is to stop the people behind them.

Yes that means kill them.

Nowadays the statement that I have just made will come across as "reactionary" and politically incorrect, but back in WWII, when our government actually allowed us to fight a war, it was the main objective of the mission. Nowadays we live in this dream land of "spreading peace and democracy" rather than focusing on the first establishing play of the game which is to destroy our enemy.

But Mr. Chertoff would much rather work on something other than striking fear into the hearts of these people and making them tremble at the idea of pissing us off with another attack. He would much rather set up committees of people to harass American citizens into why they are carrying a cell phone with them, or a PDA, razor, or God knows what else, because it just might be an IED.

Here is a little bit of a newsflash for the Bush administration.

IEDs are designed to be subtle and unpredictable. That's why they are called IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICES!!!

But apparently if the big government spending and open border policies hadn't made them liberal enough, this administration wants to use the same ignorant philosophy that the anti-gun lobby uses.

It's the weapon, not the person behind it.

Apparently this administration wants to wage a war not against terrorists but against IEDs. Maybe they would also be interested in joining the anti-landmine coalition and the Global Weapons Ban Pact. Because we all know that disarming rather than destroying is the best way to deal with people who will stop at nothing to kill us.

Chertoff, I've got a suggestion to you. Next time you have a thought, just let it go. Start listening to the American people and start fighting this war like a war. Stop with the one world and thousand points of light BS of the first Bush administration and start kicking ass and taking names like Reagan, Roosevelt, and Truman. We need these people to fear us not step on us.

The only way to stop the IED is to stop the terrorist. The only way to stop the terrorist is to kill him.

Simple as that.

I'm honored that you credited the entire failure of the amnesty plan to me but I can't take all the credit for it. You see, these people called Americans, stood up for their rights and demanded that Washington pay attention to the American people rather than the Mexican people. I cruise other blogs occasionally to see what others have to say, but I'm not one of those people who looks to other blogs to see what the most popular perspective is. Everything I say on this blog is my opinion. I do not look for someone to take sides with or someone to fight with. I say what I believe and that is that. This manages to anger right wingers as it does left wingers so you can call me an equal opportunity agitator. The information that I post on is rarely right bent. Yes I do remember you and thank you for all your kind words. As you probably know I am not a fan of the religious right in this country. They are just a looped as the MoveOn lefties and both have always caused problems. Now do I think that they can give Hillary an advantage? Yes. Do I think they will give her the election? I don't know about that yet.

What I do know is that Democrats always ALWAYS ALWAYS vote for their party. Republicans tend to be far more picky about who they nominate when they run. I think that as stupid as the religious right is; the vast majority of those in the GOP are going to be reunited by their hatred for Hillary. I could be totally wrong but that's just the way that I see it.

I've read the bible. I attended a Catholic School and I'm aware of the teachings of the bible. I'm also aware that we live in the year 2007 and the bible was written thousands of years ago. A lot of things in the bible are metaphorical fables and are meant to be taken spiritually not literally. I do not believe in gay lifestyles but I support the right for two peaceful people who love each other to live peacefully and live free from stupidity from people like you. I have no problem with gay people for the fact that what they do has nothing to do with me nor is it none of my business.

What annoys me are the extremes of this issue. It annoys me to have someones sexuality flaunted in my face just as much as it annoys me to have someones judgements about another person's sexuality thrown in my face. Here's an idea? Shut up and live your own life and find something else to worry about. There are far too many things in this country that have gone wrong in the past few years to find time to worry about who's gay and who's straight. Don't you find it slightly ironic that men like you think about gay men more than gay men probably do?

Following the ideology your wealth would require the losses of others. The only thing that you are accomplishing in the end is a redistribution of wealth and poverty. Well it could be a good or bad thing. Personally I think a recall at this point is too little too late. She should have never been allowed back after her first term, but apparently people were dumb enough to vote for her again. The problem in this state actually does not lie as much with Granholm as it does the people not thinking before they vote. She won in a bigger margin against Devos for her second term than she did against Posthumus in the first go around. I'm sure it had a lot to do with the pussyfication of the GOP at the time, but people should have realized that the business brass tack guy we needed in office was Devos. I am so cynical of the people in this state for what they've done to our beautiful land that I couldn't even tell you exactly how I feel about the recall of Granholm. I'm totally disconnected.

As I've said before, my job is not to plug for a specific candidate. I feel that it would be bad for my blog to go from being an equal offender commentator to being misconstrued as a spokesperson for a specific candidate. As for the general race, I will most likely be casting a vote against Hillary if she is nominated. Hope that helps you out.

I voted for the Keith Butler in the primary but he lost to Bouchard. I wasn't crazy about Bouchard but I felt he could a far better job than the rodeo clown.

Proposal 1: Conservation Funds Can Only Be Used For Conservation Purposes
My Vote: Yes
Why: I'm a conservationist and the state government has a habit of sucking up money for general funds rather than for their actual purposes.

Why: Affirmative Action is reverse racism. That is all it has ever been.

Why: This was probably the most important state amendment I have ever voted for. The government has no right to take anyone's property for the sole purpose of special interests and to provide extra profit to big business. My land is my land and if anyone has a problem with that they can take it up with our founding fathers.

My Vote: No
Why: We voted enough into school aid and I had serious questions into whether this money was actually going towards education resources rather than pay raises for administrators and teachers.

Power To The People

This morning I discovered something interesting. I stumbled upon an editorial attacking the concept of recall here in the state of Michigan. Before I dove into the column of endless liberal banter disguised as neutral fact, I noticed that first off the editorial was uncredited. This got me to reading further.

As I read through, making sure to try and keep blood from filling up in my cranial cavity and uncontrollably squirt out like a garden hose, I was reaffirmed of two things. Liberals are absolutely paranoid at the concept of giving power to the people, and secondly they are desperately trying to do whatever they can to snuff that power out.

Now to give a little background to some of you that happily live outside the paranoia and grey clouds of the mitten state, last week the state Capitol here held a little slumber party and acted like they were trying to save Michigan from a major catastrophic crisis; that they (state government) would have been temporarily shut down. Yeah I know. What would we have done without them?

Needless to say at the last minute, creating as much Hollywood-esque drama as possible, they decided that the best way to solve the problem was to raise our state income taxes; to save us from the horrible fate of not having them screwing things up further on a daily basis, and from a growing deficit. Because we all know the best way to bring prosperity is to tax a tax base that is shrinking at a faster rate that the deficit is growing. Doesn't that sound like an excellent plan?

Needless to say, what they really managed to accomplish was put a little smiley face band-aid on a missing limb.

Now just as of this week we can hear the hum in the distance of an increase in sales tax as well. Because we all know the best way to attract people to come to Michigan is to tax the hell out of them. I mean businesses from around the country are lining up at our door, because they prospect the financial Eden that this state provides.

After all, we're phasing out the business tax...

We're just raising everything else and replacing that tax with about 15 others.

The one of many problems with this leftist wet dream, is that the majority of people aren't buying it. The threat of recall has been looming for quite sometime but now due to recent events it's become quite more appealing of an option to many. Add to that the fact that this state is very prone to recalling it's leaders as local levels so pulling a state level recall couldn't be too much of a feat.

So what does the media do when they see that there precious elite is being threatened. They print sensational editorials and hunt for loons that agree with them, to promote a "need for change". Right now as I sit in front of my laptop I have about five articles alone howling for either the elimination or restriction on the recall of an elected official. Two of them have no author, and the other three are really "neutral". When I say neutral I mean what their car is set in at the local NOW, CODE PINK, NARAL, etc., convention.

I could criticize them all but I'll go for the K.O. because I'm just that kind of guy.

One of the biggest arguments that the self-anointed elite has made against the recall is that it supposedly it can "undermine and hinder the purpose of democracy" and "defeats the purpose of a representative government."

Needless to say, I disagree, as do most that actually understand how this government is supposed to work.

In fact the claims made distract the reader from what is actually occurring.

When they say that a recall can undermine and hinder the purpose of democracy they actually mean...

Politicians can't get away with appealing to partisan special interests like MoveOn.org and corrupting government blatantly out in the open because they would be scared of you retaliating.

When they say that it defeats the purpose of a representative government they actually mean...

It forces politicians to actually represent you.

We all need to remember that the government in all theory and intention is supposed to be US. So whenever you hear some jerk tell you that something has been done in "your best interests" or that it "may be unpopular" but "it had to be done" look them in the face and ask them right out who they hell they think they are to know what your best interests are? Who in the hell do they think they are to decide against your wishes what can and can't be done? Who in the hell do they think they are to tell you what you have to pay more of when the solution is just the opposite? Who in the hell do they think they are when you pay their salary to say that you make far too much?

This country is not about them. They were not elected to have it made about them, and if they cannot represent the people, which is THEIR JOB, they have no right to expect to keep that job any further or receive a lifelong check provided courtesy of our tax dollars. In fact NONE OF THEM do. Last time I checked public servant wasn't a synonym for public expenditure or financial entitlement.

As the great Abraham Lincoln said during his Gettysburg Address, "this nation, under God, shall have a birth of new freedom--and that government OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE, shall not perish from the earth."

So are you going to be the one to let it perish?

I understand that your time is taken up working on solving the great problems that affect this country on a daily basis. I just wanted to take the time to commend you for your valiant and heroic efforts to stifle Rush Limbaugh's freedom of speech with accusations filled with words that he never said to begin with. With that said I need to ask you a favor.

While you are writing resolutions to attack talk radio hosts, can you write one for us bloggers as well? I'd appreciate it greatly.

You see, we bloggers understand the great service you provide, keeping the American people in the dark and advocating surrender on a daily basis. I couldn't help but not ask you to do us all a favor and take all of our arrogant protestant voices out at once.

We all understand that America is truly in need of a government that is in complete control of every aspect of the people's lives. After all the Constitution is living and breathing, and apparently it's been breathing too long. Things like life, individual liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are too ambiguous and vague to be truly integrated into American society. After all, you and your fellow colleagues truly understand our needs so much better than we do, and I couldn't possibly risk my best interests with something as immature and radical as free will.

We really don't need to be involved in our decisions if you guys can take them away from us. After all, we can get a better night's sleep, knowing that our fate is completely out of our control and in your safe hands.

So keep up the good work even though you don't need my encouragement. Obviously a person doesn't need to even say anything for you guys to know what were really thinking and pounce. Truly your telepathy and supreme intelligence impresses me on a daily basis.

Also if you don't mind I would like resolutions that ban canned corn, barbie dolls, creepy carnies, and hippies as well as a national holiday honoring The Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Week From Hell

All I can say is that this has been one week seriously from hell. Work has been eating up a large portion of my life and I seriously question the future of this blog. I'm not entirely sure if I can find the time anymore, and it tears me considering all the great words of support I have received from readers via email.

Outside Hollywood: Schools reason for Ahmadinejad's Appearance at C.U.

My friend Paulette has stumbled upon Bollinger's justification of Ahmanutjob appearing to speak at Columbia University in DC. As for this guy's appearance in this country, everything needed to be said I've already said. I just find it slightly ironic that these same people, that encourage tolerance of an opinion that supports the extinguishing of our lives, are the same that refuse to allow conservatives to speak at their campuses and or encourage mass protests against them when they rarely are allowed to appear. As for Columbia claiming that they had a right to bring this guy to speak last time I checked this was a college that received public funding, so I don't recall Columbia having a right to decide anything outside of the public's best interests.

Bollinger and many like him seem to dream this pretty picture that Ahmanutjob can be handled by the powers of dialogue and reason. I wish that we all lived in this reality that Bollinger dreams of, but we don't.

I'm always amused by people who continue to say that Iran can be handled delicately through diplomacy. We don't negotiate with terrorists and we never should, but let's all say we got a sudden case of brain damage like the liberals. What exactly are we supposed to bring to the bargaining table with these people? Should we try and convince them to only kill half of the "infidel" in return for our support with their nuclear "energy" program? C'mon, let's be realistic for once.

But many around the country are praising Bollinger for "blasting" Ahmanutjob. C'mon Joe, he really held the candle to the guy!

Something Tells Me It's Going To Be An Uphill Battle

First off let me try and sort out which part of this story is nuttier?

Would it be that the senator is filing a lawsuit against "God" of all things, or is it worse that he's filing the suit to fight the restriction of frivolous lawsuits?

One of the major problems in this country is that we have far too many lawsuits and far too many slip-and-fall lawyers pushing for theses suits. The finger is always pointed outward and nobody is responsible for anything. Everyone else is to blame for your own misfortunes except for you.

We have morphed into a society that is so in touch with the "it takes a village" mentality that we have no concept of self-preservation left. Suddenly everything that happens in our lives is out of our control and must be the intentional manipulations of somewhat better off or less better off than we are. It's all because of this or that because of this or that.

Now I am not saying that we have no need for lawyers or lawsuits as they are an important deterrent away from crime and fraud, but when the deterrent becomes the enabler, we have a problem.

In the state of Nebraska various legislators and state senators have brought forth bills to try and reduce the amount of fraudulent and petty lawsuits that have congested the system resulting in the delay and often dismissal of real and important cases.

What this asshat Ernie Chambers is trying to do is create a wide open door policy for lawsuits. As he was quoted as saying. "Anyone can sue anyone they choose, even God."

Not exactly Ernie.

It's not like someone can wake up in the morning see there neighbor outside and decide to file a lawsuit just for the spite of it. There has to be evidence, due process, and before that a negligent or intentional action in the first place.

But Chambers is working to an agenda and as scary as the thought is: it's working.

Many like Chambers march to the idea of mother government and a society in which every move is pre-planned in advance by the mother government. Nobody can step out of line and everyone has their every decision and action made for them.

Think about it people, we are now living in a society where someone can jump off a cliff, get injured, and sue the property owner for now warning them that if they jump off a cliff they might get injured. We live in a society where some pantie-waist judge can sue a dry cleaner for $54 million over a missing pair of pants because it caused him "mental anguish."

Who the hell gets mental anguish over a missing pair of pants?!

But I digress. Chambers was right in what he said but for all the wrong reasons. As it stands now we can sue anybody we want but that needs to be put to an end fast.

Senate Votes To Ban Mexican Trucks

The Senate voted last Tuesday at a 74-24 margin to ban Mexican trucks from U.S. roadways. The idea was proposed by Sen. Byron Dorgan, a Democrat from North Dakota, who apparently gets it.

Bush's ideas of sucking up to Mexico in any possible way he can will only set us up for trouble somewhere further down the line. There is no way of knowing if the trucks that are on our highways now are completely safe, so for senators like Cornyn from Texas to say that he would "never allow an unsafe truck" on the highways of America is absurd.

Hey Cornyn, if you are truly acting on what your preaching, how come all the stories of truckloads of unknown and at times dangerous people being brought across the borders into your own state? Who is really checking to see if these trucks are safe or not?

I'd bet the same people who until last year claimed that there wasn't a border problem.

Talk about rewriting history.

Chuck "The Schmuck" Schumer made a speech on the Senate floor a few days ago ranting about how contradictory to official military reports, the "surge is not working". In this speech Schumer made a kick-in-the -crotch slam against our military that is highlighted here.

The direct quote:
"And let me be clear the violence in Anbar has gone down despite the surge, not because of the surge. The inability of American soldiers to protect these tribes from Al Queda said we have to fight Al Qaeda ourselves."

He later said:
"It wasn't that the surge brought peace here. It was that the warlords took peace here, created a temporary peace here."

But if it wasn't bad enough that someone could say something so stupid and arrogant in the first place, the moron from New York has now tried to cover it up and make it appear that his words were nothing more than fabrication. Thanks to some great folks at Newsbusters he got caught with his pants down.

Hey everybody! Guess who got arrested again? I'll give you a hint. She has made a career of dancing on the graves of heroes and has even extended her hand to an authoritarian dictator.

HILLARY GOT ARRESTED?

No but close enough.

Peace activist Cindy Sheehan who just wants to protest and retire, and protest and then retire, and then protest but claim to retire, only to come back and protest again, got arrested with three other people who probably don't have jobs yet seem to strike a comfortable enough income to organize their trips to protest. Yes Ms. Cindy "Farewell Tour 3000" Sheehan has more street cred than Kanye West.

According to "The Hill" Sheehan and three others were arrested near the hearing room where General David Patraeus and Ryan Crocker were testifying on the situation in Iraq. Apparently they were shouting at people in the hallway.

Details are also coming out that one of the protesters was injured. Ironically if you read right after that it says that the same "injured protester" is being charged with assault against a police officer. So you can kind of assume that the they were arrested for doing more than protesting.

But the media of course will not speculate any further on this. What you will see from Newsweek, or one of the other looneytoon magazines that are good for a hoot or two and nothing more, will be long soapbox style rants about the violation of freedom of speech and the right to protest. Polls will be done at liberal colleges and professional victims from around the world will flock to have their words put into the article of that magazine of how big bad America has violated their rights.

I'll just leave you to use your brain on this one. If this injured protester is being charged with assault on a police officer who do you think started the conflict?

Now I can careless what Newsweek has to say or what any of these other "progressive" sources or "idealistic" sources or "opinion neutral aka whatever stupid word we can come up with to substitute for the word liberal" sources have to say about the rights of free speech being violated. It is amazing to me how a group of people can have nearly complete control over basically the entire entertainment industry, cable news, print journalism, magazines, newspapers, the majority of blogs on the Internet, and still have the brass cahones to claim that their rights to free speech are being violated.

Because if you can have all that and still claim that your viewpoint is not getting out, I have a bridge that I can sell you.

Bin Laden: Impotent

This reaffirms my belief that Osama Bin Laden will probably die a natural peaceful death, because with intelligent comments from even brighter people like that, we are not going to find this guy.

It's not that I necessarily agree or disagree with what she is saying it's just I am rendered utterly speechless at what is not being said and what this report is being made to do. Comments like the ones made by Townsend are probably the worst comments to be uttered in this situation.

Now why Joe? What's matter with what she said? She only stated that Bin Laden is impotent to attack us.

Yeah Bin Laden is impotent to attack us but the thousands of sleeper cells in this country aren't. Bin Laden is a figure head and nothing more. Even if we do kill Bin Laden there is another nutcase that will gladly step up to take his place. Probably Ahmanutjob in Iran. Instead of homeland security stating this and encouraging people to be vigilant and keep their eyes open for any suspicious activity, they put out stupid misleading statements like Townsend's above. So what if Bin Laden is impotent? SO WHAT IF HE'S FREAKING FERTILE?! It doesn't make a damn difference until all the Bin Ladens out there are put out of the picture, starting with those RIGHT HERE.

So why is it when I see our leaders on tv that I am not at all suprised by the fact that we haven't found Osama?

Why is this so?

Because if the government even bothered to allow the use of half of what they use to track down someone who cheats on their taxes, we would have had Bin Laden in a matter of days. If we have the ability to track a pathogen down to it's sources stall on a farm out in the middle of nowhere, how is it possible that we have no clue of where a 6'6 dude with his image burned into the minds of basically every single individual on planet Earth can be?

But when I look at Washington I am no longer surprised by the results six years in the wake of 9-11. When I look at politicians who are to busy playing footsie in airport stalls or making closed door drug deals, I am not even slightly tapped by the fact that Washington has not only tied, but cut off the armed forces hands.
When I see bipartisan senatorial commissions being set up to investigate allegations with no burden of proof whatsoever against our men and women overseas, I am totally not surprised that we haven't found Bin Laden.
So again instead of blaming the war as the reason for why we haven't found Bin Laden, maybe you should take a short glance at the "leaders" who have stood by your side and ask what they've done to hinder the process.

Is Fred For Real?

Actor and former Tennessee senator Fred Thompson declared his run for president on Leno last night as we all suspected he would. Now things are going to get interesting. This man managed to incredibly steal the public limelight while not even officially declaring himself and now we will see if he can maintain his appeal with his hat officially thrown into the ring. I'm not going to be like many conservatives and instantaneously throw my support behind Thompson for 2008, because I'm not sure I'm entirely convinced. Thompson needs to be hard pressed just like all the other candidates. He doesn't need softball questions. Thompson needs to be pressured on issues like Iraq and the border and needs to make it clear exactly what he wants to bring to the table.

We don't need to hear stupid politicians like McCain making "old man" jokes about someone who ironically is six years his junior. We don't need to hear about how much younger his wife is then him and how his wife his hot even though she is.

But what we do need to hear is about Thompson's record. I like Thompson for his straight to the point attitude and his unwavering stance on federalism and small government but I also am very worried about the wide open borders in this country and who is getting here and why. Thompson's record from the 90's on immigration doesn't sit to well with me especially when he is now claiming to be very strong on border control. I'm not throwing the man under the bus, but I think he needs to be viewed in black and white just like the other candidates. Not as an actor or a public figure, but as the potential next leader of the free world. I fear people have become so worked up about Fred that they've spent more time worrying about name recognition and what they DREAM they are getting instead of worrying about what they are actually getting. I seem to recall us doing this back in 2000 with Bush and look what it's got us?

So let's quit shaking the package and actually open it up.

I apologize for my absence again. I've been busy pulling my hair out trying to deal with insurance for the storm damage to the house. Luckily it appears that I've finally reached a resolution and settlement with the insurance company so I can actually make a little time again in my hectic life to post here.

Of course as I've promised I would get to your emails once a week to let you have your say, ask me questions, rant about how much you hate my guts, etc. It's been a pretty big hit as traffic has picked up here. As for the livejournal incident which I didn't even become aware of until recently, livejournal did not have to take down those pages. The choice of termination was made at the leisure of livejournal and not by Warriors For Innocence and they screwed up big time. All Warriors For Innocence did was pressure livejournal into getting rid of pedophile rings forming in their provider. Instead of spending the time and targeting these rings themselves they simply just went berserk and deleted anything with any reference to rape, which would definitely include support groups for rape victims. I've voted for Democrats in local elections but at a state and national level I've never found a democrat that I trusted. For the record I used to be a liberal. My whole feelings for the Democrat party changed in the aftermath of 9-11, when I heard people like Al Gore's reactions to the situation. The absolute idiocy of that party after the attacks on this country and their total buckling in the face of danger totally turned me off in every way possible. In what the government claims as an effort to "provide better control and coordination", they are actually blocking citizens from doing what they can to help in dire situations. We all know that the government can protect us adequately from anything. I mean let's look at how well they handled Katrina or the last blackout. Having lived during the last blackout, let me tell you that there wasn't anyone knocking on our doors asking if everyone was alright after 3 straight days stranded with no electricity in the middle of the hottest week of the year.

Anyone who thinks that the government is going to be their sole protector and guardian from all disasters and evils in the world are doomed to fall on their ass sooner or later. Let me explain this to you easily. The adage call 911 and die was not created to insult the great men and women of our emergency services. It was born out of the fact that until they arrived unless you were capable of handling a situation yourself you were SOL, because emergency personal are rarely if ever going to show up seconds after you call.

In fact sometimes seconds isn't fast enough.

This is what I laugh about most when it comes to the anti-gun lobby in this country. They have an ambition to disarm every person except the criminals. It's not that they mean it to be this way, it's that they don't think outside of the box in any situation. They are the perfect example of sheep constituency. These people are convinced that as long as guns are in the hands of citizens, everyone is a victim, instead of thinking that as long as the guns are in the hands of criminals everyone is a victim. Just because you make something illegal, doesn't mean that it won't be done.

If a criminal has a motivation to kill someone, do you really think they are going to worry about the fine they might face for illegally having a firearm? Let's be serious now.

In what seriously has turned out to be one of the most funniest stories for me this year, a Republican senator from Idaho who claims that he is totally not gay, says that his pleading guilty to disorderly conduct charges was his "only mistake." Apparently he has done nothing wrong, and the whole scoppio about him wanting to go all George Michael with an undercover officer in a Minneapolis Airport is completely false information.

At a press conference, which at least to me seemed to be uncomfortable on so many levels; Craig denied any wrong doing and stated that he is "not gay" and "never has been gay." As Craig continued to speak about the situation he stated that he simply "overreacted" (in reference to his pleading guilty) because he was "stressed out" about rumors that he may have been involved in other gay relations since the 1980s.

Ok first off I don't know about you, but pleading guilty to attempting gay sex in a public restroom would be the last thing I would want to do to make a story "go away" if I was innocent.

Second off, I have no interests nor problems with Craig possibly being gay, I have a problem with him accusing an undercover officer of "falsifying information" when it comes to Craig's misconduct. Craig you are gay or bi. You tried to screw in a bathroom and guess what? You got caught. Now face the consequences for your actions.

This is a perfect case of the truth setting someone free. By lying, Craig has made this entire situation twenty times worse. The only thing he could do now to possibly reduce the damage that he has inflicted on his career is to admit to his actions and try and face forward. If he would have simply plead guilty and not came out with this stupid statement that his playing footsie in the bathroom was not meant as a signal for any lewd action, he probably would have been fine. His excuse and denial is what has made his career DOA, not his actions.

But then again I could be wrong. Maybe he just had like restless leg syndrome and didn't want to get those strong gambling urges as a side effect of the medication.

Where In The World Is Jack McClellan

For the record I could care less about what goes on with Alberto Gonzales.

On Friday, Jack McClellan was ordered by a judge to stay no closer than ten yards away from any children for three years while in the state of California. McClellan was arrested after he violated a past restraining order when he visited a UCLA nursery program.

This sick freak ran a website in which he tracked and photographed what he called LG's and information on where to find them. Yes you heard me right. He gave information out on where to find them so if any other freak predator out there suddenly sparked interest in harming a child, they could simply shop his website for their victim.

Now McClellan is reported to be on the move. As of last we have heard, McClellan made a statement that he was leaving SoCal because it was reportedly "too hot." This meaning in other words that he has too many people watching what he is doing. McClellan who is homeless lives out of his car, which is a Blue 1993 Ford Escort two door with a Washington license plate 915WEX and has been rumored by the anti-McClellan website jackmcclellan.com, that he is on the move and may be headed for the greater Las Vegas area.

So all you folks out in Clark County, make sure to be on the lookout and if you see anything suspicious that may be him, be sure to contact me, Ron@jackmcclellan.com, Texasfred, or any of our friends in our affiliated lists, so we can be sure to spread this info and make sure that the children are not only defended by the law enforcement but the great citizens of this country as well.

Well I guess you could define me as a conservative realist. I look at things how they are and say how they are, and if the blame or problem falls with the Bush Administration or the left or whatever, that's where I put it. Whether the solution is with the Democrats or the Republicans, I will support whoever I see has the right answers. If you want to judge where I stand, read my blog, but under most situations you will find me sticking up for the people before I before I stick up for government. I switched from Yahoo to Google Blogger for multiple reasons. One being that I kept getting flagged by someone with no life with whatever I posted. Then I kept getting hatemail so I moved here. Well where can I start. For starts maybe your political science professor should explore something called workers rights before starts another one of his rants. The only major support basis for the people who support illegal immigration is that "they do jobs that Americans won't do." This couldn't be more false.

Storm Damage

Luckily the RW family is alright and nobody was hurt from the storms that came through even though we've got our share of damage done.

As for my home, luckily I didn't have the leisure of having a tornado come through my backyard, let alone my area, but the wind gusts seemed to do much of the work for it.

The Damage Tally On My Property
- Most of the trees are knocked over or heavily damaged.
- When one of the trees snapped a branch came flying into the side of the house as well as a piece of the tree coming through the kitchen window.
- The roof has lost most of it's shingles.
- The wooden fence to the west of my home was crushed by a falling branch.

The Damage Tally At The Farm
- Significant damage to the majority of the roof of the home. Parts of roof completely gone.
- All windows of the house are either cracked or broken.
- Tree fell into the porch and did damage to the front of the home.
- We lost 2 horses and one of the barns is completely gone.
- There is significant water damage in the house from the missing roof.
- Most of the trees are gone or damaged.
- Our fence sign was twisted and the garage door was bent outward which leads me to believe that there was rotational wind involved.

Let the battle with insurance begin.

Terrorists Through Mexican Border?!! NO WAY!

You know out of all the time that I've spent talking about the dangers of that open border, I don't ever seem to recall mentioning anything about terrorists getting through there. No not at all. I mean who'd a thunk it?

But what is this that I awaken to see on World Net Daily? American intelligence chief confirms "people are alive" as a result of the capture of Iraqi terrorists who have been pouring in through our wide open border? I would have never guessed!

The story.

All sarcasm put aside, it scares the living daylights out of me that the things people like me have been saying for the last few years on this issue, long before the fiasco of immigration reform, are now coming true. But it gets worse, because this government, still blinded by partisanship and greed, couldn't have less a clue of how serious things are.

Now I don't want to hear about how we caused this problem by voicing opposition to the "reform" bill, because let me ask you this. How would have legalizing everyone in this country, stopped the threat of terrorists coming across our borders and those probably already here?

But of course let's listen to the Bush Administration peanut gallery talk about how they're getting "tough" on our border, because last time I checked three heroes are still in prison for doing their jobs, and one is in limbo currently. If they were getting so "tough", where's the fence and where's the law being enforced? I see laws and regulations being placed on our border patrol, but I don't see crap being done for the border itself.

It worries me not so much the action of these terrorists getting across our borders, as it does the reaction of our government to them doing so. If McConnell could have been anymore lethargic and groggy in his response to these situations, I WOULD HAVE FALLEN ASLEEP!

I mean it's good to know that out of the many herds of smugglers, terrorists, rebels, and criminals flocking into our country daily, our government is making sure that they aren't doing it in "great numbers." Because what can 19 untraceable terrorists do? It's not like they can hijack planes and fly them into buildings or anything? I mean we should be so proud that Homeland Security is doing its part to make sure only "insignificant" numbers of terrorists get into our country. Not great numbers, just small little numbers.

And it's no big rush with the ones that do get in, because the government will find them when they "write home." So they could possibly be writing home celebrating the death of thousands of Americans, but god damn it, McConnell will jump out of the envelope and strangle the terrorists himself. He'll fly around in a red cape and blue tights and will fight for truth, justice, and the American way!

I mean c'mon now that's realistic, right?

For the record I'm sure that not every illegal immigrant is a terrorist, in fact I'm sure that there are some that really come in innocence and dire straits, but do you really think for a second that someone whose that impoverished is going to be able to afford a $3,000 ticket into America's backdoor.

In fact people let's multiply here for a second. $3,000 per head. An example of an average "family" of four.

3000 X 4 = $12,000

Yes because impoverished third world families can easily drop that much dough into the money oven.

Somehow I'm not convinced the poor are going to be the vast majority make up of the demographics of these smuggling rings. I'm also not convinced that people like Kourani would have a very hard time funding their undetected trips into our country, when they are rolling in millions from terrorist organizations.

But as one brilliant Democrat from Texas said, "It's not something we would talk about."

Let's not talk about it. In fact let's ignore the problem, because we all know that if we talk about it, we could give them ideas. Because I'm sure that a terrorist organization that's bent on the destruction of this country might not possibly be aware of the vastly unwatched open door to this country. What's the matter Mr. Congressman? Is it 5 o'clock or do you only make sense when you speak Spanish?

The Reverend Strikes Back

According to Reuters shock jock Don Imus has reached a settlement with CBS over his termination dispute. Will he get his career back? Possibly and probably.

I don't listen to Don Imus because I personally think he's a bumbling idiot. The only reason that I support him getting his money and his career back is on the basis of principle. CBS paid Imus to be controversial and to say stupid stuff and piss off people. That's why they called him a SHOCK JOCK. If people didn't like what he had to say they should have just simply changed the channel. They should have refused to listen to his show. Ratings would have taken a dump and Imus would have been gone.

But we can't have that. No we need to have a moderator determine what is right and wrong for us to hear or to say, and apparently the best moderator anyone could come up with was the mail-in Reverend Not-So-Sharpton. Let's read his statement from today.

"Wherever he resurfaces, we at the National Action Network and other groups will be watching and monitoring him. Mr. Imus has the right to work but we have the right to make sure that this repeat offender does not return and continue what he has done historically."

Really you do? And who gave you this right? Where in the Constitution does it say that Al Sharpton and his group have the right to determine what can be said on the radio. Where and why does the media not question Al Sharpton on his statements? Why do they simply give people like him a free pass? Is it because he's black and they don't want to be called out as "racists" because they disagree with him.

Political correctness and actual correctness are not the same thing, and political correctness will destroy this country. The reason we have so many conflicts in this country is because we have a total pussification of society. We have people who have elected themselves kings of speech. Suddenly we are all subject to THEIR interpretations of language and THEIR rules of what we can and can't say, and if I may say so it's a genius tactic.

Think about it. How can you solve a problem if you can't even point it out directly? How can you push for change if you can't voice opposition? The big government anuses knew what they were doing when they came up with this. If you take away the voice you take away the action and you take away the effect.

That's right it's official. I am so sick and tired of the presidential election and it's still well over a year away.

We haven't even had the fricken' primaries and the media is already calling the shots on what the next president will do in the White House. You know I may not have a degree from Harvard or Yale but aren't we usually supposed to actually elect someone before they start making move in dates for the Oval Office? I mean I could be wrong but...

I mean don't get me wrong. I understand that the primaries are coming up soon and it's important that the one eighth of the country that actually votes in them get to see their candidates, but seriously the coverage is ridiculous.

Between Fox talking about Hillary flashing her yayas in front of the Senate and the Washington Post I guess trying to learn how to pronounce Fred while drooling over themselves like the mental midgets they are, I'm surprised my eyes only sunk a few inches back into my head.

Mam, would you like your meds in a cup or out of the bottle?

Because it's these kind of stories that totally get people distracted from what matters in this country. Every single one of these candidates should getting grilled and drilled about how they are planning on fixing our country. I don't want to hear about what they did on 9-11. I want to hear what they are planning on doing to make sure another one never happens again. I don't want to hear about who supports gay marriage or who doesn't. Personally when we have people who won't stop until every "infidel" is driven into the sea, somehow whether Jim and Steve are getting married finds itself right after, "I wonder how long my arm hair in micrometers," in priorities!

The one thing that turned me away from the Democrats in the first place was their uncanny ability to point out a problem and propose a solution which had nothing to do with the problem to begin with. A perfect example lies in this concocted idea that the bridge in Minnesota fell because people aren't paying enough in taxes for bridges to be maintained. So what dimbulb idea comes from the MSM and the Dem Chairman of the House Transportation Committee this time around?

Let's raise taxes on gasoline.

Before I go any further into this lunacy let's look at gas taxes as they are now. Currently the median tax amount is 45.8 cents in the US per gallon to the two forms of government (State & Federal). Meaning that if the average gas price is at 2.95, the actual value driven by the market is around 2.49. The proposal would increase federal tax of 18.3 cents on the gallon to 23.3 cents, but what people don't take into account is the balance between federal and state governments. If the federal government demanded 5 cents more in their share from what we put in the pump, the state governments would also have to deem a higher rate to offset their losses from the current price of gas. Meaning either way they cut the pie the price is going to go up and you are going to pay more for absolutely nothing extra. And guess what that isn't going to stop any bridge from falling.

Why would I say this?

Because in 2005, a report found structural deficiencies in the bridge and stated that it "could fail". Yet nothing was done. The problem wasn't with insufficient funds. It was with the government failing to put that money to good use. Just like Social Security, the government took money from people and squandered it for themselves in general funds rather than the common good it was collected for. Instead of improving infrastructure, they bribed special interests and payed for lavish bonuses and pay raises.

Now they want more.

Today President Bush said it right, and for once kind of resembled the man I voted for. He stuck this proposal right back up the MSM's and the Democrats asses. Read it here.

The answer does not lie in more taxes for politicians to squander in their general funds. It lies in priorities and responsibility not taxation without representation. Oh yeah, that sounds familiar doesn't it. For those of you who don't get that, maybe you should go back and look up the American Revolution. It's one of the main reasons we left the king.

It's bad enough that we pay taxes to a government who ignores us about the border, but let's get one thing straight. They pillaged our social security and they rip us off something fierce for gas. It's about time they get told where to stick their taxes.

US Getting "Tough" On Illegal Employers

How many times have we heard this before? Sure it's all good and dandy on paper but let's really consider the following from this article.

If a red flag popped up in your mind after reading just the third paragraph of this article, you're not alone. The third and fourth paragraphs in my opinion state everything that needs to be stated about the true intentions of our government. The Department of Homeland Security officials had a plan to go after illegal immigrants in this country but they held off to "await the outcome of the debate in Congress over a sweeping immigration bill." So in layman's terms, basically if people would have supported this "Comprehensive-Reform Bill" aka "Grahamnesty", the rules would have never been enforced.

So what makes me think that is going to be any different?

Well of course nothing. Once again when it's time for our star batters to step up to the plate and hit some out of the park they all seem to bunt. These politicians, instead of realizing how angry and fed up the American people are with their special interests and phony solutions, still somehow feel that they can once again weasel the American people. Again it's going to blow up in their faces.

Stop talking about granting legal status to criminals and free passes to the criminals who hire them, and yes they broke the law, and start enforcing the laws and regulations on the books. No fluffy "let's get together and talk over tea and give you 14 days to destroy evidence" plans. Get down to business.

Employers for the vast majority don't unknowingly hire illegals. All you had to do was listen to the lobby that was in support of Bush's Amnesty Bill and listen to some of their supportive arguments. Most of their talking points were based off of the excuse of cheap labor and not having to pay minimum wage.

Now someone explain to me how a business can unknowingly pay crappy below standard wages to people that the business has no clue of being illegal? That just doesn't happen! How stupid do they think we really are?

And if these businesses are complaining that they just can't handle obeying the law, then obviously they can't handle remaining in business. I also have news to these employers that think they are so important and vital to the economy.

You aren't. The great thing about America is that there is always someone else down the road with ambition and dreams to take your place.

I have no respect for anyone who abuses people to make a profit and that is exactly what these so called businesses are doing. They are creating slaves. Not undocumented workers, not people doing jobs Americans won't do; slaves. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.

We abolished slavery in 1865. It is now 2007. Get the picture?

The Damn Cellphone!!

For the record I will admit to using a cellphone frequently for work purposes and I will admit to abusing the work cell for personal reasons as well, but, I have come to the revelation that just because I am responsible enough to know the difference between a good and bad time to use it doesn't mean that everyone else does. Like when driving!

Now I wasn't in support of banning cellphones behind the wheel before, but after missing several major accidents daily, and just missing pushing up the daisies by the skin of my teeth, involving drivers who are so busy dialing their phones that they don't want to be inconvenienced by things like paying attention to the frickin road, I've reevaluated by territory a little bit, and decided it isn't such a bad idea.

In fact I will go as far as to say that they might reduce road rage doing so, because if anything pisses me off more behind the wheel it's being delayed or nearly demolished by some mental midgets with their cellphones!
Now all humor aside, some of you might think to yourself that it's just an annoying inconvenience, but let me tell you that people have been killed on the road because drivers were too busy picking up their phones to make or answer a call or just chatting to notice the car stopped in front of them, or the red light, or the people crossing, and let me tell you it infuriates me not only as a driver but for the fact that this cell phone BS almost cost me my life.

Last year I walked away from a car wreck that I should have never survived. It must not have been my time, or the big guy upstairs must have been busy, because I have no clue how I did walk away. I had stopped at a red light and looked down to pick up my coffee cup only to look back and see a Ford Expedition speeding at least 50 mph towards me through my rear view mirror. He hit never hit his breaks.

Now you all know those moments in movies where things are in slow motion.? Well that's not the case in this story, because I couldn't even brace for the impact. It was more like: Oooh Coffee, HOLY CRAP, BAAMMM!!

My car was knocked into oncoming traffic where I went into the side of another vehicle and eventually came to a stop. I don't remember how many cars hit me but apparently there were enough to make for a bitchin' month. My car looked like an accordion and I walked away with nothing more than a strained wrist, a few bruised ribs and some cuts, and a sore month. What I had later learned caused the accident was that the driver behind me had dropped his cell phone and instead of paying attention to the traffic in front of him he leaned over into the passenger side of his SUV to pick up his phone. He never seen me and I repeat never hit his breaks.

So needless to say people, can't these conversations wait a few minutes. If not for your fellow people sharing the road, do it for the bees.

This latest little snippet is just one of the many things that we were worried about occurring with wide open borders and unenforced laws. Just imagine how bad this would have been if the Amnesty Bill was passed.

FBI Report: Illegals From Middle East

Now before I get thirty thousand libs talking about how racist and stereotypical I am of accusing " innocent middle easterners" of being terrorists or criminals simply on their race and origin let me point out a small little detail in this article.

According to this report smugglers who usually smuggled in Mexicans decided to switch to Middle Eastern individuals because it was more "lucrative". Smugglers charged anywhere from "$20,000 to $25,000" a head. Now someone tell me how any poor battered down individual looking for "jobs Americans wouldn't do" would be able to afford multilpe $20,000 dollar illegal tickets for his family, let alone himself to get into the US?!

Due to our governments inability to listen to people and solve a problem, we now have a wide open entrance for terrorists to get into this country without anyone even knowing they were here to begin with. All it costs is $20,000 dollars a suicide bomber, and with all the money that this country sends the Middle East in foreign aid as well as profit from oil sales, it wouldn't be hard for terrorist organizations to sponsor a little jihad field trip for terror school grads.

Yet our insanely intelligent leaders showing their great intelligence spent trillions on national security precautions that won't mean a damn thing. Let me paint you a hypothetical image of what Washington has managed to accomplish since 9-11.

You live in a house and you spend thousands of dollars of your well earned money on security cameras, alarms, motion detectors, bars and locks. Unfortunately you left out a small detail. You never CLOSED THE DOOR.

So in conclusion what the hell does that thousand dollar security system do for you?

Our government has spent the last few years spending infinite poundage on covering up a major crack in the foundation of this country. Instead of fixing it, they've managed to decorate and ordain this crack with lots of flashy things to distract the American people from the fact of the bulls-eye we all have on our foreheads.

I may not be a graduate from Harvard or Yale here, but I'm pretty sure that if you have a wide open border that nobody is paying any particular attention to, it isn't going to matter who's profiling legal entrants to this country for criminals, because chances are the criminal is already going to be standing behind you.

Until we start enforcing the laws we have now and get serious about the threat to our national security that exists within our own borders, we can look forward to another attack very soon.

An Inconvient Broadcast

Well between nursing a broken ankle and being loaded down with papers to sort and crap to do for work I found time to have the TV on to watch Al Gore's Live Earth concert. I came to two conclusions.

The music industry is in deep trouble, because most of today's artists have no chance of longevity or musical impact and suck, period.
There was too much hype over nothing.

Most people that went to those concerts, went because of cheap ticket prices and a whole lot of different genres and different acts at one show. Secondly the weather apparently was very nice.

Too bad it didn't snow but I digress.

Throughout this broadcast the two hosts of this show constantly mentioned that at least two billion people would be watching this show from their living rooms around the world. Well it gives me great pleasure to laugh and burst their bubble.

In fact the BBC estimates that their "massive turn out" only seemed to reach around 3.1 million viewers making it about 8 million pairs of eyes shorter than the viewers of the Concert For Diana and about 6 million short of the Live 8: Aid For Africa viewers.

So crunching the figures, this gives Al Gore not even 1% of the share of audience he hoped to reach. Sorry for that little inconvenient truth, Al.

What made this concert even more laughable was the fact of how hypocritical it was. The whole concept wreaked in hypocrisy.

Let's get the richest most privileged group of people on the Earth to perform long sets using up massive amounts of energy to not only power their stage but their amplifiers and sound equipment with the intent of 12+ hours of ranting about how average people like you and me use too much energy. That's not even two-faced, that's an orgy.

Then to top it off, following right after the only awesome performance of the night, we see Robert Kennedy Jr., the biggest asshat on the face of the planet, plop his pompous self onto the TV screen to lecture us about how wasteful we are. This coming from the man who has his own private jet completely fueled at all times in case he feels the urge to fly himself somewhere or in the case of an emergency to where he would fly out of the US faster then you can say: wimp. Not to mention multiple vacation homes and manors around the country.

So in conclusion maybe next time Al Gore you should try flattering a crowd instead of insulting them.

An American Victory

Today marks the first time in a long while that America has risen up and held it's government accountable for it's actions, and today marks a great victory for democracy.

All of these amnesty driven politicians thought they had the last laugh yesterday, when many like Lindsey Graham and Ted Kennedy thought that this bill would go for cloture and become an easy validation, but the American people, who remained strong in opposing this disgusting bill, showed them exactly what power they had. This morning the Senate phone board had to be shut down because it was so overridden with angry Americans like me and you that they were worried about it frying out.

Because of you America, this bill went down in flames, and all I can say is let it burn, baby!

But don't think that this issue is going away completely. Not until everyone of these morons who defied the will of America, to appease special interest, is thrown out of office will we see an end to this issue. And the partisan boo-hooing has already begun. Re-Pube-Icans, (a nod to The Great One for that great term) and the President as well as the moonbats of America have already started with their threats and attacks on everyday Americans, but once again we will stand unwavering to the bigotry of these special interest dictatorships. We will not allow America to fall to the firing lines of another country's demands instead of the constitutional power of the American people. We will not stand for a corrupt government creating a slave constituency.

Lindsey Graham and others like him should be thrown from office. This country cannot allow nor survive people like him in power. People like him who will make a mockery of this country's security and this country's constitution. People like him who throw mud in the face of thousands of hardworking legal immigrants who waited and went through all the red tape of becoming a citizen and those on their way to citizenship. People like him who threaten to censor those who speak out in disagreement with his beliefs. They should not be in power.

But this is only the first battle. Very soon another big government bill will be placed out in the arena. The Fairness Doctrine will be on these dirty politicians silver platters in the morning. Now that they are angered by this defeat they will go after talk radio, and when they go after talk radio, the Internet and what we can discuss here will be under fire next. It has become clear that many in this government will do anything they can to gain more power and appease special interests, even if it means the destruction of our freedoms and our liberties. It's bad enough that we face a foreign threat, who will not stop until we all are dead, but now we face a domestic threat that strives to keep us in the dark about it's intentions.

These politicians know that the only thing standing in their way between what they want to accomplish is talk radio, bloggers, and the audiences of both. They know that unlike the MSM, we cannot be paid off and we will not paddle to their special interests the way that they do, and with that said, America must remain vigilant as ever before.

The Fairness Doctrine

What this means to all of us? Well probably to most, not much since the majority of people usually have their heads shoved so far up their cracks unless it's Paris Hilton's cold legs in jail or the latest untalented wreck with bad hair on American Idol, they don't want to know about it.

Just like when the Supreme Court ruled sometime back that the government had the right to seize someone's private property, in the case that some rich wine sucking bimbo or sugar daddy, wanted a yacht club built or a new golf course that they could parade around on. If it wasn't for the talk radio hosts like Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh to bring it up, nobody would have known.

Why you may ask?

Because the mainstream journalists of America were to busy digging up dirt on the Bush administration and finding ways to undermine our military that they couldn't find time to report that a constitutional amendment had just been destroyed by the liberal elite.

Now in recent times we have this amnesty bill. This bill that we're all supposed to happily buy into, despite the fact that the government refuses to tell us anything about it besides typical spin lines and the statement that it isn't an amnesty bill. They haven't told us how it isn't an amnesty bill, just that in their opinion it isn't one. The talk radio people exposed that lie and the government once again got caught with it's hands in the cookie jar. The only problem now is that the libs andRINO's in this country are so fed up that they keep getting caught, that they now want to have control over talk radio, so they can once again keep the American people uninformed.

How do I know this?

The liberals failed at rivaling conservative talk radio hosts. They pushed with Air America but nothing worked. In the end their entire network was only able to rake in something like less than one third the number of people that listened to one show of Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. To add salt to their gaping wounds, it finally came out that most of the personalities on Air America were taking direct funds and donations from Democrat organizations such as MoveOn.org, and ripping off money from children's charities, but that's a different story for a different day.

So what do liberals do when they can't get something done through elections or the free market. DA DA DA!! They do it through untouchable legislation and big government control.

How are they able to do this?

Because most of the people that follow politicians like Feinstein are driven and led like sheep through talking points. They hear the words "conservative talk radio" and "fairness" and have multiple orgasms. What they don't take into account is the vast amount of liberal unbalanced information, presented through mainstream media outlets which is disguised as actual information. They have major newspapers, college institutions, television channels, magazines, and think tanks all propped up by organizations financially conjoined at the hip with the DNC , secretly pushing their agenda and talking points down the people's throats 24/7. To any thinking person suddenly Rush Limbaugh & Sean Hannity wouldn't sound like the bad guys that the left makes them out to be, but remember you're not supposed to think that deeply. Just move on you little dumb sheep and follow your socialistic shepherd MoveOn.org. How fitting to have the phrase "move on" as the title of that organization, but I digress back to the subject at hand.

So what about Fox News you may ask?

Well let's look at the owner of Fox News: Rupert Murdoch. These liberals who are always screaming about how right wing Murdoch is and how bent to the right FNC is don't seem to have a vocal problem with Murdoch donating thousands of dollars to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. They don't seem to ever talk about the fact that this "evil conservative" is holding fundraisers for Clinton and the DNC. They don't ever seem to talk about his public support for the her becoming US president in 2008. No hell they won't even mention that Murdoch is behind Clinton. They'll just paint the image of Murdoch with an elephant logo on his forehead through their think tanks and public outlets.

Let's face it folks. These people hate freedom of speech when it isn't their own. They cannot stand the fact of people actually being educated and thinking for themselves. Their whole support structure for their philosophy of big government and bread lines wouldn't exist if their weren't ignorant masses out their to control.

So next time you here Feinstein or one of these "fearless leaders" talk about fairness, wonder what exactly is "fair" about it?

Will the doctrine apply to ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, CNN-HEADLINE, CNN-WORLD, MSNBC, NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES, PAMPHLETS and all these other sources with notable left-wing bends?

Not even a snowballs chance in hell.

Will it apply to Talk Radio?

Of course.

Broke My Ankle

Well thanks to my high control of gravity I was able to walk out of a flip flop and break my right ankle this afternoon. Lovely experience, I encourage some of you to try it and see how fun it is.

What I didn't know is that if you break your ankle, your sense of balance on all levels totally disappears because while you are trying to balance on the other leg, which in my case happened to be my left undominant leg, all you can think about is the throbbing pain coming from your other ankle. So with the help of my friend who I called to help me from sitting in the middle of my lawn, I was able to get into his tiny car. I'm 5'8, his car was freaking tiny, and I know this because I had to get my crippled ass into it.

We got to the medical center and I soon found out that I would never want to have a life threatening situation and be stuck here. It took an hour to see a doctor, another hour to get an x-ray from a nurse who if my ankle had not been broken before, managed to break it turning it on the freaking table.

Next I got to go through the process of setting the bone, which I'm told MIGHT hurt. Might as in you might get hit by a a speeding vehicle if you sleep in the middle of a highway. Oh yeah it hurt.

So now I sit in front of the computer with a big yellow leg cast because you can't have just a cast that covers the ankle until later. I can't drive, I can't walk without lobbing myself through the air with stupid wooden crutches. Yeah life is good...

The Destruction Of The Republican Party Part Trois

I recently sat down with my father, and after sitting and talking about family stuff, how the Wings totally blew it against Anaheim, and whether he thought the Tigers were going to make it this year or not, we got into it in politics. My father is a Vietnam Purple Heart Recipient and a staunch die hard red-blooded Republican, even though he is not as right wing as he thinks he is. This is a major point to this post, so I will validate that accusation and come to that conclusion later in this post, just take this little ride with me for now.

To my father I am still a "liberal", since I took that wing and pledged allegiance to Al Gore in 2000. Despite the fact that I'm more "conservative" now than I've ever been in my life, he still criticizes my viewpoints, even though his seem to change as the newest and latest GOP platform comes out of the woodwork.

Anyways getting into this conversation, or actually more of a debate, my father and I duked it out on issues such as Illegal Immigration, the environment, and how good of president he thinks George Bush is. I was shocked to realize that the same man who had facetiously called me a "Flower Child" had now passed far left of where I was standing.

In this fragmented political world of information, it seems that we are nothing more than labels when it comes down to how these politicians look at the issues. To political leaders and decision makers it's not about what John Doe or Jane Doe think,, it's about the letter following their names. Suddenly everyone who voted for George W. Bush has the same opinion on every issue and all Republicans march to the same beat. Suddenly everyone who voted for John F. Kerry has the same opinion on every issue and all Democrats march to the same beat.

As this debate went on, I came to realize that my viewpoints were now more conservative than what my father's were. As my father sat and talked about climate change and how illegal immigration is being overblown by "racists and bigots" it was unbelievably hard for me to actually believe that this was the same man who had climbed all over my back for my support of Al Gore in 2000. Especially considering that if my Dad were to run for President, his platform might be something similar to Gore's back in that election cycle.

It's not that I had a problem with his opinions, even though I definitely didn't believe in them, it's just I came to a revelation. Apparently the Republican Party isn't just acting left, it's going left.

It all has to do with loyalty.

Listening to my Dad now, it's hard to believe that he was the same man who supported Reagan rabidly during the 1980s. Now you would think he was a member of the Clintonian brigade. In fact now you would think that a lot of Republicans are members of the Clintonian brigade. In fact you would even think Bush himself was a member of the Clintonian Brigade.

I admit that I was one of those people who rolled my eyes at Bush's "compassionate conservatism" rants of his first election to presidency, but I actually think that I might have been right, just for the wrong reasons. In fact a lot of conservatives who supported Reagan in the 1980s, had a hair rising experience when Bush 41 uttered the words "New World Order." Many thought to themselves, "what in the world can he be talking about?" What the hell is this New World order crap?"

At the time, being the naive little indoctrinated liberal that I was, I feared the whole concept of conservatism, but now I find my self fearing Bush's concept of Conservatism. This New Order Conservatism, which seems to echo the thought processes of Carter rather than the virtues of Reaganism.

But many GOP supporters have swallowed this BS line. They've simply changed with the GOP over the years, so now they look at real conservatives with this animosity that you wouldn't even expect to rise out of rivaling political ideologies. The ill-will that these Bush-Cons feel towards actual conservatives, is unbelievable. More unbelievable than that is that the Bush-Cons are in the far minority, yet still feel that they hold power over the majority, and that has made these people very dangerous.

I started to think that there was just a split and a few differences in opinion, and I believed that in the 2006 election that many of these Bush-Cons would wake up and smell the coffee, but I don't think for a second anymore that these are misled individuals. I believe they are working towards an agenda, and it's not a bright one in that matter.

It has become apparent to me that Ronald W. Reagan was more of a rebel than we'd had thought, because the GOP as it is now, stands for nothing compared to what Reagan stood for, and I am glad that I never called myself a Republican.

It is truly apparent that the Republican Party is making a bee-line for the political crematorium, because before 2008, the Bush-Cons will leave office with the GOP in flames.

Immigration Part Deux: The Revolt

Believe it or not, there was a time a few years ago when this president of the United States prided himself on "compassionate conservatism" and modeled himself in the small-government beliefs of "What Reagan Would Do". Believe it or not following the devastation and peril of 9-11, the president rallied a disintegrating nation to unite and rise back up, and for a while we did.

Believe it or not, this is not the same president that we had then.

For at least the last 3 years or so this administration has neglected it's conservative base, abused it's supporters, and managed to turn off a majority of the country to it's policies. In no issue is this greater seen than in the border fiasco that many of us have seen for years, where others have just become aware in the last two or three. Never have I seen a nation so divided, not between left and right, but between people and government. Never have I seen a government so bent on destroying the will of the people, to push it's own agenda.

Republicans often laugh and point at the in-fighting of the DNC, but maybe they should open up their eyes and see where the fire is burning now. They have succeeded in making themselves look like nothing other than a party of dictators and power hungry corporate banshees. Where they once appealed to people who supported the ideas of limited government, and personal responsibility; they now appeal to law breakers, non-citizens, and cheap slave labor corporate idols. A party that supposedly believed that taxation was a burden on the American citizen, now proudly flashes a government tax receipt that would make Clintonians climax in lust.

And as recently as late May the President has a made a stance that he is open to the world's opinion on how we should eliminate our "carbon footprint". Notice the term "world's opinion", not "America's Opinion". Kind of funny considering how naive we were to believe in things like constitutional autonomy and peaceful national independence. You know silly words written on a 200 plus year old document. I mean seriously who cares about the Constitution, it's so out of style.

In 2006 the Republican Party suffered a traumatic loss, because it had failed to take its conservative base seriously. Now here we are in the middle of 2007 and they still are just as arrogantly stupid as they were then. We have now gone from total ignorance of the people's recommendations and beliefs, to a nice fat in red ink "SCREW YOU".

This comprehensive immigration bill, that is so long, that even it's supporters haven't even read half of it, is now being pushed down our throats. The president now has gone from ignoring his constituents who want this border crisis solved, to insulting them. Insulting their intelligence. Yes the only difference between Bush and Carter apparently is the letter after their name. Newt Gingrich said it right, now who's going to listen?

Suddenly the American people are racists or bigots for opposing the legalization of people who broke the law, but let's analyze exactly why Bush Republican & DNC wants this bill to pass, and compare it to why the majority of Americans don't want this bill to pass.

The Bush Connection
- These people are doing jobs that Americans won't do.
BUZZER!! Wrong. These people are doing jobs that Americans won't do for nothing. Isn't it amazing how the same people who sit and call Americans bigots and racists for opposing their reform, are basically supporting slave labor.

The DNC Connection
- It will help create a better image of America to other parts of the world.
BUZZER!! Wrong on so many levels. America is not going to be viewed any differently in the world than it is now. We are hated because we are America. They view us as an arrogant society, because for the most part we are able to achieve wealth independently. Other countries hate us, because we believe in the ideas of liberty and self-preservation and more respectively freedom of faith. If anything leaving those borders wide open isn't going to make less people hate us, it's going to allow for more people that hate us to violent levels to enter this country.

The "Racist Bigot" American Connection
- They are breaking the law and cutting law abiding innocents from entering this country.
- It will destroy our already crappy national security.
- It will send a message that you don't have to obey the law to be in America.
Yeah I guess suddenly, we "racist Americans" don't seem so racist compared to the GOP's "We can get cheap Mexicans to work for us". The government is spent billions of dollars, on apparently a color wheel, and yet as recently as this week with the man who was able to get into our country undetected with TB, we are supposed to trust what the government implements as our best option when it comes to our defense?

What we need a virtual border wall? You know what? I will trust a "virtual border wall" the day that I see a "virtual border wall" go around the White House instead of it's iron reinforced fence.

The moral of the story: these "brilliant and sophisticated" politicians will go flying out of their pads in Washington faster than a McLaren GT, if they keep it up. We'll see how "stupid" we American people are when these politicians end up out of a job before their terms are even up.

What Is Being Done
The American people are revolting. People who once were avid Republican contributors and supporters, now refuse to give a dime to the GOP and refuse to support their candidates. Many have even left the party all together, refusing to be called a Republican. Don't think for a minute that the GOP isn't feeling this. In a lesser part this is also occurring on the Democrat's side.

If you haven't noticed, many in the Republican Party have also pushed themselves far from Bush trying to make it appear that they support the American people's resolve. Don't buy it for a second. They should be booted out as well as the rest of them. They are posers trying to advance and save their political careers. The only ones we can trust are the ones that have always taken the hard line on getting our borders closed, case in part, Tom Tancredo and Fred Thompson, and others.

I personally have never been a Republican and for many reasons I'm glad I'm not. I still call myself a conservative for the most part, and I encourage other conservatives out there as well as other Americans of differing political backgrounds, to stop taking this abuse from these elitist slave drivers, and make a stand for true liberty and freedom. This is your country, not theirs.

We all are well aware that if anyone represents a symbol of religious peace and understanding, it's definitely not the Reverend Al-Not-So-Sharpton, so his comments that accuse members of the Mormon church of not believing in God shouldn't surprise many.

But what idiots like him say is not the purpose of this entry. It's something deeper and unethical: the media reaction to his comments. It's the fact of how large of a hypocrite, Not So Sharpton, is as well as his ilk, and how much of it the media ignores, mostly because if there is one thing they love, it's racial and cultural tension. It's their agenda being pushed between those polarizing lines.

Since Romney announced his intentions of running for president, the media has went out of it's way to put every disparaging poll, every nasty article, and every blatantly ignorant schmuck with a microphone on the boob tube, to tell us "sheep" how nobody in this country will ever find themselves voting for a Mormon. We've witnessed the unfair and unjust media production of every slanderous and untrue article about the Mormon culture flashed into our living rooms on the six o'clock news, and every blind stereotype published in bold letters on the front page. In fact the "denouncers of bigotry" as most of them like to call themselves, have managed to expose there real true self to people paying attention. They have shown themselves as what they supposedly oppose: Bigots.

So where is the media and public outrage over racist comments by liberals made about Mormons around this country? What nobody was called a "Nappy Headed Ho"? There isn't a minority victim anywhere in site of where we can have all the "Reverend Racists" themselves throw their posses in front of cameras to address us "ignorant white racists" about how we've kept minorities down. There isn't an alternative media radio talk show host anywhere that this corrupt MSM can destroy, while fondling themselves to every word that comes out of Sharpton and Rainbow Jesse's mouth?

Even when I was a Democrat myself, it confused me how my side at that time could criticize and point their fingers at someone for doing something that they had just defended 5 minutes prior. I didn't get it, but suddenly now I do. This is the drumbeat that these people are marching too. These leftist media hounds will do anything and everything they can to get their man in office. Whether it be Obama or Hillary or one of the other "snowballs chance in hell" candidates coming from the DNC, they will do whatever they can to get there way. It's a case of do as I say not as I do and if people fall for, they pay for it not only from their wallets, but most importantly from their freedoms.

But the good news is definitely great, and I say this reassuringly because the Democrats as sinister as they are; there happens to be a big open space between the ears. They march to the belief that the American people are too stupid to know any better, and if people in America call them on their hypocrisy and treason that they have committed against our troops and this constitution, the DNC will fall in flames. These people can not see past the finger that they point with. They have no plans, no policies, and absolutely no basis in reality and if America would actually think outside the box instead of simply regurgitating everything they read in the NYT, these pencilnecks wouldn't stand a chance.

I am in no way advocating the GOP, but when it comes down to it, I can't see Hillary Clinton as president, and still see the United States flag as anything other than a sickle and a hammer. Her communist agenda is so frightening, that I really could consider voting for a GOP candidate I hate, just to vote against her.

Why does Hillary Clinton scare me? Well it's not just her. In fact it's her whole ideological group.

It scares me when a media analyst will write a propagandist article trashing Fred Thompson for "racist comments" and then say that anyone who supports him is secretly a racist. But what you won't hear is that the racist remarks we're from a screenplay in which Thompson played a racist to show the evils of racism, and to add salt to the wound the party in which this author supports happens to be the same party with a real life Senator with connections to the KKK.

So just know folks, that the road is going to get rocky and political blood is going to be spilt, because the left will do anything, and everything they can to get re-elected.

It's bad enough that the recent tragedy of 32 innocent people having their lives destroyed because of the destruction of a self-proclaimed martyr in the name of evil and death, we now have to watch the families who have already been terrorized enough by NBC and other media outlets playing Cho's ranting video over and over again, be terrorized at their loved one's funerals, by the Westboro Hate Cult.

Now the media will come out and call this group the "Westboro Baptist Church", but I will not ever refer to them by that name, because they simply masquerade under it. These people are not Christians. What they are is a group of fundamentalist wackos with an agenda to destroy this country. They are sick pathetic monsters who follow a leader who failed in politics, and for good reasons. They are fueled by their hatred of free minds, free will, and tolerance, and will go to any sick low to accomplish and spread their message of hate. They are no different than the Islamofacists and are just as large of a threat. The only difference is that they haven't started strapping bombs to themselves, but give them time. It will only take one of these mad pricks to get ballsy and try something.

But what angers me is that a group like this continues to get a soapbox. We continue to allow groups like this to blossom and protect their "freedom of speech" and their "rights", yet we have no respect for the victim's rights to peace and to mourn.

I found NBC's grandstand of the tapes disgusting. It was overdone, and it was thoughtless, and it only went to terrorize people who lost someone or experienced this horrific event, but the last thing that these people need is bigots like this kicking them when they are down.

Terry Moran: A Whore of Oppurtunity

If you've missed it, Terry Moran who is a Co-Anchor for ABC Nightly News, as written another "dripping with elitist dissent" blog entry at his page, titled "Don't Feel Too Sorry For The Dukies".

In this entry Moran talks as if he is an expert on this case, yet fails to make any point other than, "I'm an ABC reporter without a brain, fear me."

Moran, who is very financially blessed himself, talks about the privileges of these boys, and uses it against them basically as an indictment, and calls the sympathy felt for the boys and their families as "misplaced". There are several things that Terry, the ABC propagandist, said that shine directly on his lack of brain function.

"The young men were able to retain a battery of top-flight attorneys, investigators and media strategists."

Now first off moron, they didn't just retain them, they bought them, with their own money. Legal fees for the families of these boys have been reported to have reached above the $3 mil dollar mark. That is a crap load of a lot of money, and wasted money when taken into account that it was used to protect their children from wrongful persecution, fueled by you people.

"During the incident, racial epithets were hurled at the strippers."

Where is the proof? In fact wait a minute, oh yeah, there isn't any. That accusation has about as much validity as the original accusation. In fact one of the strippers who was with Crystal Gail Mangum, has disputed that ever happening as well.

"Colin Finnerty was charged with assault in Washington DC in 2005."

Okay, here we go. This folks is what we call "Mud Slinging." This is probably the lowest below the belt blow in this entire blog entry. It has absolutely no relevance to the case at hand, at all, period. Yet the particular author of this article who was bent on nothing else but defacing these boys, because he couldn't get his glory of prosecuting them through a media-driven trial, which was the direction this case was going, felt that he needed to put this in. Why?

As a reader of his blog you are supposed to suddenly be taken aghast by the fact that Colin Finnerty was charged with assault. He is looking for a reactionary movement to discredit the innocence of Finnerty, because of the past discretion.

Moran's intentions with this blog point to the direction that we should not be angry that these boys we're wrongly prosecuted because they come from a comfortable financial background, which I guess would work for me, because I won't feel sorry, one of these days, when Terry Moron gets in trouble for slander, which he seems to border on daily. It's just in this case, I have no other choice but to be angry and sorry for the families that had to suffer from this failure of our justice system.

And no soulless and brainless reporter can tell me that these families weren't put through hell, because they damn sure were. I don't think any of us could possibly know what these parents were going through, and now what these kids will have to do to put the pieces back together in their lives. I'm not talking about the financial side. I'm talking about the reputation, the integrity, and lives of these young men.

And for Moran to justify what happened with this connection that because these young men decided to have a party and have some strippers, they acted "not entirely admirable", he should be ashamed of himself. Unless he's a stripper, how in the hell does he know what went on that night? As far as the evidence points, nothing happened, except an opportunist whore took a shot in the dark and got lucky.

As for Moran's comparison between these three young men and the Rutger's Basketball Team, there is a major difference. Moran and his companions didn't ruin the lives of the Rutger's Basketball Team.

So I will end my anger with this statement. It appears that Crystal Gail Mangum wasn't the only opportunist whore in this situation.

The Assault On Talk Radio

Love him or hate him, Imus is getting screwed.

First off it started with some comments made by Imus over the Rutgers University Basketball Team. The NCAA team which is made up of eight black players and two white players, was referred to by Imus, as "nappy headed hos". Was this a stupid comment? Yep. Was it racist? No.

Imus is a moron. I've always believed that. I grew up hearing him in the morning because my Dad always listened to him, but seriously if anyone could pull off looking like a cowboy Keith Richards, it's Imus. He's a dried up, drugged out, old grouch, with no talent, and no intelligence. With that being said he is being screwed by the system.

Imus has made a thirty year career out of being a shock jock. This is nothing new. Yet suddenly he makes this comment and the whole entire media pulls out their pitchforks. Is this anything new? No. So why are they acting like it is?

You cannot tell me that the NBC that prided itself on Imus so much, that they created a television simulcast on their MSNBC network, is shocked by this action. You cannot tell me that after 30 years they suddenly get a hard on for something that this old fart says on the radio.

The reason that all the media outlets are outraged by Imus, now, is because they can further their own political agenda through making an example out him. They have successfully taken a TALK RADIO host and thrown him out on his ass, and this is what they want to do to all of them. They want to get rid of the alternative media. Whether it is accomplished through the Un-Fairness Doctrine or through lobbyist demanded censorship they don't care.

Imus is not a conservative by any stretch, but it doesn't matter to these people. The media thrives for the days of Walter Cronkite when the American people swallowed everything that the MSM said, simply because there was no alternative to say otherwise. Their hatred of people like Rush Limbaugh is so fermented that you would get blurry eyed just standing next to them. They will do anything to destroy that entire outlet, and holding Imus to a candle like this just proves that.

If someone like Dave Chappelle had made a comment like this on Comedy Central, it would've got a laugh and that would have been it. But since Imus said it, suddenly it's this massive outrage. The mail-in Reverend Al Sharpton is NOT the person to talk about race relations. I think he should be called out on his comments that he made about the Duke boys. When this first happened, Sharpton and his posse, was ready to hang those kids without there being any evidence at all supporting the stripper that accused them. Where are the apologies from the cereal box Rev and his flock? Chances are you are not going to hear it.

But when Imus apologizes and repents, the media just goes further and further in ways to screw him. Now instead of just suspending him for two weeks, we see the cancellation of his TV simulcast on MSNBC, and now we are hearing mutterings of him being fired. When is the double standard going to come to an end folks? When is political correctness going to be put to an end, before it destroys this country?

Bill O'Reilly, The Corruption of Government & What American Voters Have Done Wrong

Well I bet some of you think that I'm going to stand up on my soapbox and stick up for Bill O'Reilly because after all "that's all we conservatives do, watch Bill O'Reilly and Fox News and shoot things blah blah blah." Well I'm not, and for the record, I'm pretty fed up with all of them right now.

I have never been a fan of Bill "shut the hell up" O'Reilly. If all the arrogance and belligerence could manifest itself into one person in a suit, it would be Bill O'Reilly. But yesterday as I was flipping through the channels, and I caught O'Reilly basically coming close to going WWE on Geraldo Rivera, which is another talking head that I can't stand, I couldn't help but watch.

The background behind the story is simple. A little girl was killed by a drunk driver, who happened to also be an illegal immigrant. Now I can understand O'Reilly's point, and for once I do agree with him. Just like the case of the railroad killer, if this man would have been deported like he should have been the first time he committed a crime, this would have never happened. The open door policy in this country is ridiculous.

Watch him lose his mind.

But O'Reilly should be ashamed of himself for the fact that he made an absolute fool out himself and of anyone who supports the closing and securing of our borders in this country. His childish yelling and screaming made everyone of us out here look like incompetent screaming morons. If O'Reilly would have simply debated like a civilized person, and Geraldo would have kept his cool as well, the opinions of both sides could have been heard, but know it had to turn into a freaking bash fest.

This folks is why nothing will ever get done by politicians and political figures and the media for that matter. We have problems in this country, but instead of compromising or figuring out the best plan to take action, we yell and scream and fight amongst ourselves when we should be uniting against a common threat. Meanwhile the enemy looks at this as a sign of crumbling from within, and only knows that if they hold out long enough, we will fall from within. This has been happening since Vietnam, and the same politicians who are pulling their antics in Washington DC and from media hubs around the US, are the same people who were passing the funny junk around during Woodstock, and spitting on soldiers when they came home.

And the other side of the aisle isn't any better either. We have an administration of fake conservatives, who like to call themselves "Reaganites" even though they wouldn't have a damn clue and a half how to spell Reagan, let alone his positions. We have numerous candidates seeking office who claim to be molded under real conservatism, but every single one of them might as well put a DNC sticker on their forehead, because that's exactly where they stand. Government is getting larger and larger every single day, through legislation by activist judges, and over extension of power by our legislative branches when it comes to personal liberties, yet when it comes to our security, the people that are supposed to be responsible are no where to be found.

Folks we are in some real trouble, and something needs to be done. I totally believe that it's time for a new party in this country, because this constant dynasty of Democratic to Republican government isn't doing a damn thing, besides getting us into more conflicts, more trouble, and more wars, and before someone starts talking to me about how we we're attacked, I know and I understand that, but who could've prevented those attacks? We had a president who seen the warning signs and even some attacks during his years in office, and did nothing. Despite Bush only being in office during several months before 9-11, he still is responsible. Ronald Reagan got to work on our security the day he was inaugurated.

Jimmy "peaNUT" Carter, made an absolute fool out of this country to the Middle East. He made us look powerless, and to many extents is the man to blame for the troubles we are having to day and even though he took a harder line then most, Reagan had the chance to turn Iran into a smoking hole in the ground, and passed on it.

Yet people are still anointing themselves to a political party name. How much longer are we going to sell out our security and our country, just to stay in our little political catalogs. Blue-Collar Democrats?! Why do you keep voting in this far-left statist goofballs, who have absolutely nothing in common with what you believe in. These people don't want to help companies and workers, they want to destroy them. Every single cut that has come your way, has been either directly or indirectly linked to liberal legislation. Yet you continue to vote them in? Why?

Yellow-Dog Republicans? Why do you vote for just any person with the letter "R" after their name and not even look at the issues? Why do you sit and bitch about the liberal beliefs of McCain yet prompt Giuliani as some conservative god, when they have the same exact platform?! Why do you talk about how you could never vote for Romney because of Mormonism, yet talk about how great a man of morals, Newt Gingrich is, while he's cheated on several wives? Why?

Seriously America, it's time to look at the problems in this country and then look in the mirror at ourselves, because the corruption in this country could have only occurred, because we allowed them to do so in the first place.

The race for the White House is a long way away, and I wish that people would stop getting so worked up and freaked out about who is going to run. Let's face it people, things in this country are not going well at all, and instead of worrying about how much money two worthless senators are raising like farmers raise corn anyways, maybe we should be worried about coming up with a strategy to win and leave in Iraq or to secure our country? Doesn't that seem just slightly higher up on importance totem pole than worrying about the wallet size of political movers and shakers?

I mean now I'm reading on Drudge, that out of all things to worry about, the Dems are now legislating on the usage of a group of words. Yes the House Armed Services Committee is banishing the global war on terror from the 2008 budget, because they don't like the sound of the words. They find it too colloquialistic.

You elected them folks, now you get to deal with them, because this is the BS that they are going to pull for the next four years. They will spend your money on pork laced issues and make mountains out of molehills for partisan brownie points. They will legislate political correctness down the throats of millions of Americans and undermine the safety of everyone of those force-fed citizens along the way. This America, is the Democratic Party today.

Ladies and gentlemen, America will only fall from within, and frankly with the election that granted these incompetent losers there power, we are now in the fast lane, with our destination, self-destruction coming up quickly on the horizon.

You Wonder Where Global Warming Is Coming From?

The folks of the Supreme Court have once again made a very uneducated ruling, this one rivaling the arrogance of their decision to take the Fifth Amendment and throw it in the garbage.

The Story

Yesterday the Supreme Court ruled that the EPA must consider emergency greenhouse gas regulation, to stop the pollution caused by Carbon Dioxide. Yes CO2. There's only one problem with that, CO2, is not a pollutant.

Regulation of CO2, is not going to do a thing when it comes to supposedly protecting the environment, in fact this whole decision, was nothing but another episode of wasted time. The relics of the Supreme Court, might as well have been playing Bingo or golfing, because the reduction of CO2, is not only a stupid idea, it's a bad idea.

Those of you whom actually remember Environmental Science 101 and Biology let me ask you this question. What is the biggest contributor to Carbon Dioxide build up on this planet?

If you said us, you're right, but it's not our cars, or our homes. It's a little thing we like to call breathing, and the constant exchange of oxygen and CO2 is the most vital action that occurs on this planet. When I've stepped up onto my soapbox and talked about the importance of balance in nature, I was not making up some feel good wishy-washy phrase to promote my beliefs, I was stating a fact. Everything on this planet is interdependent, and as much as envirowackos (who's interests are not in the environment but in Washington) deny that we are a part of nature, and scream about how our existence is the cause of destruction to nature; we are very much alive in this equation.

All vegetation on this planet, the foods you eat, the leaves on the trees, the grass, the plants, the bushes etc, survive through a process called photosynthesis, and what does photosynthesis require to take place? Light, water, and CO2 to create oxygen. They need it to survive, and without vegetation, we are all finished, and you won't have to wait for Apophis to slam into Earth, or Yellowstone National Park to go up in smoke and embers for that to happen.

Yet, these tired old men demand that we restrict the amount of CO2 that gets into the air because it's destroying our environment through the Greenhouse Effect.

Ladies & Gentlemen, the only thing that keeps this planet from turning into a cold desolate desert like Mars or the moon. Without it, the heat from this planet would be sucked out faster than a dust bunny through a Roto-Rooter vacuum cleaner. When the CO2 level get's out of control, than you have the opposite effect, but the point is it hasn't and it won't as long as current regulations are enforced, but do we really need more regulations? The answer is no, but let's think about what less regulation means to these relics? It means less money, less control, and more individual freedom, and when that happens who needs them? They don't want to even think about letting that happen. Keep in mind, Eminent Domain. A decision made without a single American citizen's consent, yet they felt it to "be for our own good".

Ask those people who lost their property and livelihoods, about "what was in their own good".

American Law Or No Law: Take It Or Leave It

When are these radical Islamic nutcases going to realize that America is not going to change for their religion? America is built on the Constitution, which has no plot or any roots in the Qu'ran, so why every time you turn the page of a newspaper, you see some story involving how a certain business is changing it's customs and habits to fit to the religious beliefs of Islam. HELLO, CAN YOU NOT SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING?!

They are taking this country over, using our laws against us.

Think about this folks, when a Catholic Church wants to display a Nativity Scene out in public, and people complain, guess what happens? The court gets involved and the Nativity Scene is taken down. Why? Separation of Church & State. But when a Mosque wants to have it's call to prayer every single day, several times a day, and people complain about it being a nuisance, guess what happens? The court gets involved, and pushes it through, citing the first amendment as their right to practice their religion freely and against oppression. Excuse me, is it now time that we pick and choose the religions that can be accepted and not accepted? I have to hear an annoying chant emanating from a tower to the east five times a day, and have to step over people dropping in the middle of the hallway or on stairwells creating hazards for people walking, because it's their right to practice, yet I have to basically hide in a closet of my own home, and mentally read any passages of the Gospel, because for god sakes someone might overhear and get offended?

Enough is enough, and I even noticed, that last Holiday season, people are purposely going out of their way to say Merry Christmas, because the Christians in this country are sick and tired of being constantly discriminated against and blamed for problems because other religious organizations, push their agenda, by being professional victims. It's either all religions are accepted, or it's none at all. That means no Mohammad on high, without Jesus, God, Buddha, Jehovah, Abraham, Issac, The One, Mother Earth, Vishnu, etc. If the Sharia Law lovers in this country hate that idea, I guess there is a door, and I encourage them to please take their belief of oppression, and plant it up their asses with a magnet on the way out.

Why am I angry? Because organizations like CAIR are going out of their way to destroy my country. Organizations such as the Islamic Thinker's Society, are going out of their way to destroy my country, and organizations like the ACLU, which were set up to preserve all civil liberties, are riding CAIR's coattails, to preserve only Islamic civil liberties and interests.

Sharia Law has no place in this society. Why doesn't it have a place in this society? Very simple. The constitution gives us the right to practice our religions freely, but to also respect the religions of others. Sharia Law gives people the right to practice one faith, Islam, with the purpose of ending the religions of others.

Now all you liberal women, who burned your bras, and refused to shave, and talk about all the rights you have as women, please feel free to jump on me about how intolerant I am because I will gladly point out what a hypocrite you are for defending this, especially because under Sharia, you are dirt.

Now while all you nutcases run around bitching about how Ann Coulter called John Edwards a "faggot" and how all the Christians in this country are "raving lunatics who secretly are oppressive bigots and racists", let's see exactly how well people are treated under this law that you all defend as being peaceful and moderate.

Under Sharia Law

The man has the right to marry up to four wives, as long as they are all treated equal, and if they aren't, he has the right to beat and or rape all of his wives, for their failure to Allah.

The woman can't marry without permission from her guardian. When she marries, her husband becomes her new guardian.

Women are allowed to divorce their husbands only through the husband, and husband's male family members consent. If the husband doesn't provide male family members, the women is SOL.

Men can simply divorce their wives by saying "I divorce you" several times.

If you are caught stealing, whatever body part was involved in that theft is cut off.

A woman may not be seen in public by anyone outside of her husband, therefore she is to be covered completely. She can't walk in front of the men in her family and must obey any man's commands in public.

While American politicians are running around talking about how wrong it is to not accept Sharia beliefs as exceptions to our laws, several other Democratic nations have already put out full constitutional orders that Sharia is totally incompatible with Democratic principles. Hmm, that would mean that Sharia Law is probably not compatible with Democracy...

Second Ammendment

A few nights ago I watched a debate between a gun control advocate and a constitutional scholar on CNN. For the record I've always been a strong believer in the right to bear arms and the second amendment. I believe that the constitution means what it says, but apparently there must be a large amount of people in this country who can't or obviously have some trouble understanding what words mean.

Now as I watched this debate, I discovered a common flaw in what the gun control advocate said. One of the things that he continuously referred to was how the Constitution was outdated, and followed it up with the predictable myths. Guns kill people, taking away guns will reduce murder, people can't be trusted to do their own thing, they need the government to show them the way, etc. So I figured after taking the day off to relax here, and try and beat the hell out of a chest cold, that I would confront these myths one by one.

The Myth: Guns Kill People.
We've heard this myth implanted in the minds of people at a young age since the late 1970s. Guns are the biggest evil on the planet, and the only way to destroy that evil is to ban it. It seems if you look on both sides of the political spectrum nowadays, all you here is ways to ban or regulate something for "our own good".

Let's think about this statement for a quick second here. "For Your Own Good"? Think, when ever has a multi-million dollar earned politician been concerned with what everyday people like you and me do in our daily lives, that has no effect on their pocketbooks or voting block? If your brain hasn't melted yet from trying to recall one time, I'll encourage you to stop before it does. We don't need anymore mindless zombies voting.

The whole phrase "Guns Kill People" is a blanket statement used to stir up sensationalism in people who don't bother to think for themselves. That's why so many liberals are rabid gun-control freaks. A speaker goes up on stage and talks about how guns are killing little children everyday, and how more restrictions are not enough. We need to stop the true murderer they say, usually ironically stated after they defend a child killer/molestor. Ban the Gun!

But let's look at some real statistics here, courtesy of FedStats.
But someone who actually thinks would roll their eyes, because while kids to get shot and kids to die, far more get killed in car accidents, hit and runs, drownings, and what not. In fact looking at the statistics of the top 20 causes of death of kids ages 5-9, which is that age group that anti-gun lobbyists feed off of, only .46 percent of these kids die of anything related to a firearm. Yes, that's less than half of one percent.

The major COD of children is in fact, Motor Vehicle Accidents, which account for 21% of all deaths in this age bracket, followed by drowning and fires at 5%. I guess the left should spend more time working on movements to ban the use of swimming pools, and legislate a plan to reduce bodies of water at the rate the statistics are currently leaning.

Let's move up to preteens. The statistics once again don't change by much. Death by firearms is once again only .86 percent. Again not even a one percent figure, yet you see all this lobbying and all these soapbox speeches about how children, all over the place, are picking up guns and blowing their brains out and kiling other kids.

Going on up to Teens. Number 1 COD: Motor Vehicle Accidents at 40%. Deaths by guns actually drops to a whopping, get this, .77 percent. Just above two-thirds of one freaking percent. I guess these guns are really magically levitating and killing our children, which brings me to the next major flaw.

Guns just do not go off by themselves. If your son or daughter was shot and killed by someone, would you be out there rallying to give the gun the death penalty or give the murderer the death penalty?. Chances are if someone truly had enough nerve to plan killing someone, they'd find a way whether guns were available or not.

The Myth: Banning Guns Reduces Crime

*BUZZER* WRONG! Europe has been plagued by this problem, and so has Washington DC. Read a book outside of the DNC Platform Guide. Also if someone is holding the law at a such a high regard anyways to find no problem killing someone for no apparent reason, I don't think they would be too worried about the penalties for smuggling in weapons... Just a thought.

The Myth: The Second Amendment Only Applies to Organized Militias and Military.

This is a popular myth, which is routed in absolutely no fact at all. Ask a liberal one day what the second amendment says and they will go on this long tangent about how it only applies to militias, and they will probably, in fact most likely misquote the amendment like they do other ones.

The constitution means what it says and says what it means. It's not a living breathing document, and to discard another myth so I don't have to waste time discussing it, it's not outdated. Our forefathers intended it to last and hold together a common peace in this country, which is often torn apart by radical nutcases in this country. Try reading the Preamble.

It has a little thing in it about Posterity and provided Domestic Tranquility, and I said Domestic Tranquility, not Domestic Tranquilizers!

Let's look at the definition of those two words.

Posterity (noun): succeeding for all future generations collectively.
Domestic (adj): Of or relating to home (In this case America)
Tranquility (noun): peace, disconnected from stress and confusion

So someone explain to me how they can believe the Constitution can be a living breathing document when in the first statement of the Constitution we have statements referring to the Constitution as the all-Sayer in lasting peace and order, and the upholder for Tranquil Domestic Posterity!?

Now getting back to the Second Amendment, but taking into account what I just said, let's break it down here:

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The right of the people to keep and bear arms: ANOTHER STATEMENT
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED

Notice... not one whole statement implying that the militia is the only co-dependant of the Second Amendment. If it was, it most likely would have been worded this way:

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the militia to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

There you go.

The Myth: People can not be trusted with weapons. Government intervention needed.

Look I believe that the government has a responsibility to keep us safe, and for the most part a responsibility to make sure that weapons do not get into the wrong hands. They truly suck at it, but hopefully that can be changed. But no where does it say anything about the government having a responsibility to keep weapons out of everyone's hands but themselves.

Nothing sounds more reminiscent of the reign of Hilter, besides a weapons ban. Nothing sounds more reminiscent of a Red Dawn situation, besides a weapon ban. Nothing sounds more reminiscent of Communist Authoritarianism or Fascist Authoritarianism, than a weapons ban. Think about what these politicians are proposing the next time you hear about their resolution of gun bans.

They are proposing to take your right to defend yourself in your own home away, but still granting government full power to do anything they want. The weapons are not being taken away from the military, not being taken away from federal operations, and most definitely are not being taken away from federal law enforcement. You liberals that claim to fear government intervention of people's personal lives, even though I know you all love the idea of government control... You see absolutely nothing with disarming the people yet not the government?

Let me give a brief summary of why we left Great Britain. We had a tyrannical king, who ruled people's lives with an iron fist. We found an opportunity for freedom in America, and Great Britain seen a way for a screw and grab for more power. We fought against monarchical control. We fought against taxation without representation, we fought for the rights of freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom to defend ourselves, and we used all those rights. So why in the hell would we put our nation at a perfect disadvantage to make these last 220 years worth absolutely nothing but a nice slot on a museum time line?

Think people. It works.

Another Perfect Day

Talk about a beautifully sunny day here in southern Michigan. It's currently 76 and sunny right now, and I'm sitting on my work laptop out on the porch in my backyard enjoying this warm southern breeze. Getting work done and still enjoying this trip around the sun, and nature's glorious transition from the cold desolate winter, to a bright and sunny new season.

It's a perfect time to talk about MUCC.

The Michigan United Conservation Clubs' Outdoorama 2007 was a great success, and thanks to all who came out. We all had fun, and I hope that everyone else did as well.

MUCC continues to work to conserve Michigan's wetlands, wildlife, forests, air, and soil, and works to educate people about the importance of environmental awareness and balance. We stand up for the rights of responsible hunting and the protection and responsible usage of our great natural resources for the benefit of mankind and the environment together.

Without citizen networks like MUCC, our environment would quickly be under siege, whether it be by over-regulation of protectionist governments or by irresponsible abuse of greed driven corporations. It was the MUCC who stood up against Canada's dumping of waste into our Great Lakes. Long before Granholm and Senator Stab-us-Now and the rest of the Democrats had a clue of what their party was going to permit from Washington as a platform, MUCC was there defending Michiganders' rights to clean and safe waters.

MUCC is also an unwavering supporter and defender of the hunters of Michigan. We understand that responsible hunting, not only makes for challenging thrill, but it also balances out the overpopulation that liberal game regulation has created in this state. It's a proven statistic that when heavy regulations were put on deer hunting, more people were killed in car accidents involving deer here in Michigan than any other state in the Union. When those regulations were loosened, those statistics nearly cut themselves in half and once again another piece to a perfect balance was restored. Regardless, the job is never done, and MUCC has continued to work to fight legislation that would take land out of the hands of the people and place it into the hands of shareholders and the government.

Well if GLAAD is revisiting my site, as well as other blogs, to see if we retracted the post(s) that cited the word "faggot", I think I will save them the time of scrolling through my posts.

I will not apologize, nor will I retract anything that I've said. I have a right to voice my opinion just as anyone else does, and until you own the rights to the Internet or English vocabulary for that matter, I encourage you to please boycott my site all you want. In fact it'll make my job easier exposing your lies and hypocrisy not having you around here.

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, due to the recent outrage by Ann Coulter's implication of John Edwards as being a "faggot", GLAAD has gone on a campaign to record the usage of the word on the Internet and demand apologies and deletions from those authors, or face "penalties", one of them being added to blacklist of "racist" authors. I say bring it on. If you can not read between the lines of the usage of a word, in something someone says, you are too stupid for me to waste my time with.

Now if you actually read what I said, I said that John Edwards may not be a faggot, but he's still a douchebag. If you are a douchebag, and you are offended by my implication of Edwards being one of you, my sincere apologies. That must imply that GLAAD is truly an organization in representation of douchebags not gay people.

Also before I'm accused of hate speech and shut down, I would like to also point out that I was making a referrence to something Ann Coulter said, not something I said. Apparently if GLAAD had their way, I would not be able to bring up the word Coulter even used, because the bare uttering of the word should be something punishable, by maybe death. I also encourage you at GLAAD, NAMBLA, and the ACLU to send some of your Stalinist members to playgrounds and school halls around the world, to listen for the use of the word, and then impose penalties. Oh wait they already have? They're called pedophiles.

I have nothing against gay people, but when an organization believes that their rights are to destroy mine, because apparently in their mind, they are all seated on some higher altar than the rest of civilization, I will definatley take offense and I will definatley not be silent.

So as for your "firm request" that I not make any more referrences to your organization, I will "firmly deny". In fact I will now take any chance I get to expose your hypocrisy and your false organization in every wrong step it takes in this country. You think I'm politically incorrect now, just wait.

Back In The Saddle Again...

Well I apologize for my long absence. Let's just say that work is demanding this time of year. I have a lot to talk about because obviously I haven't been able to cover anything lately.

Rudy Giuliani has officially put his bid in for the White House in 2008. I'm less than impressed with his platform, but a lot can change in several months. Actually in all honesty I am so unimpressed with all of this supposed "presidential potential" out there, that I could literally fall asleep at the sound of any candidate's name.

Hillary Clinton apparently has managed to out do her phoniness once again. Just when you thought she can't possibly sink to a brand new form of fake, she pulls the worst impression of a southern accent I have ever yet to hear. In fact I'm surprised that her audience wasn't insulted by the tirade, but again most people are unable at attributing high intelligence to people who support Hillary anyways. I also want to throw a major shout out to YouTube. God Bless You guys! If there has ever been a convenient place to get stories that you will never see replayed on the "unbiased" news networks of America, it's YouTube. Keep it up folks!

Now moving on we have Obama-Osama, or is it Osama-Obama, heh heh? I got to ask Ted Kennedy. Anyways at a campaign stop in a poor section of Cleveland, the ever so humble, God-fearing man, Obama, encouraged people who barely have enough money to find a bite to eat, to "pony up five, ten dollars for his campaign". The direct quote:

"I want everyone here to pony up five dollars, ten dollars for this campaign. I don't care how poor you are, you've got five dollars!"

Now there is a man for the people. I can just see him in the White House, justifying tax increases with that great wisdom of his. "Hell, it don't mean anything, everybody's got (INSERT AMOUNT) dollars!"

The "Crouching Tiger Hidden Scooter Libby" verdict was in today. Scooter Libby was found guilty. I have absolutley no opinion on this case at all. In fact I've tried to avoid it as much as possible. The only thing that I can say about the whole Valarie Plame situation, is for a woman who supposedly was in so much fear for her life after her name was dropped, she sure couldn't get to putting her face in front of every camera and every media outlet possible, could she?

PETA is threatening Al Gore. Apparently there is no such thing as a meat eating environmentalist, and his consuming of meat is the cause of global warming. I personally think that his production of bullcrap and hot air is what's melting the glaciers, but that's just one theory.

I also know that PETA can add a new rule of there being no such thing as a meat eating environmentalist to there other two rules.

Yes the man who sent one of his assitants to WalMart to cut in front of hundreds of people waiting in line to get one of those stupid game consoles, is of all people calling America selfish. I wasn't sure if anyone had ever made an idiom of a certain kitchenware calling a certain big colored pota certain color, so possible to be routed in reality, but Edwards has succesfully done this tenfold.

China is going to the moon, but unfortunatley Bush's brain has already beat them there.

The asteroid Apophis is on it's path to wiping out Earth in 2012, 2029, 2036, and 2037. Apparently somebody really pissed it off. Currently the UN is discussing a course of action to be taken on this situation. Already the UN has set up a multinational committee to investigate how Israel and United State are to be blamed, and how sanctions may deter the poor disenfranchized asteroid's path.

More Border News

Well it's seems lately the only thing I can really keep my attention on is what is happening on the borders of this country. All the presidential candidates bore the hell out of me and just get me angrier and angrier with their incompetence soaring to higher levels every day. So I'll stay off of that, because my opinion has already been stated numerous times.

If your head hasn't exploded from all the nonsense ridden excuses that have poured out of our nation's capital, now you can go to Youtube and watch Mexico's drug cartels and gangs taunt you online. Yes if you haven't heard about this gem, you can read about it here.

Apparently Mexican and South American drug gangs, which happen to be at pinnacle of most dangerous criminals on Earth, are using Youtube to instigate turf wars, hits, and drug deals over the Internet, right under our noses. Why do you care? Well how about this to little tidbit. Thanks to our open door policy many of these dangerous gangs and militant groups are now in our country untraceable. How are they untraceable? Because nobody bothered to get any information on them, because nobody even knew they came across the border.

Does MS13 ring a bell to you? Mara Salvatrucha, happens to be the most dangerous, violent, and volatile of any gang, not alone in the United States, but in the whole entire world. That's not an opinion of mine, that's a proven statistic fact. Want evidence go look it up through the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

No gang has committed as many slaughterings, murders, kidnappings, and rapings, and acts of terror than these cats, and thanks to country club republicans, and global pacifist democrats, they have numerous untracked operation centers HERE. And with borders still wide open, we can look forward to their turf wars and terrorist antics right on our streets, as more and more rival gangs and criminals pore into this country, untraced, untracked, with plenty of drug money to allow them to set up and hold out operations here. So while you country club republicans with your degrees, and college communists talk about how many good hard working people are coming through that border, your sons and daughters and wives could be next on their hit list, and then what are you going to do?

These dudes were responsible for the slaughtering of a young pregnant woman in California. They stabbed her several hundred times, raped her, and then cut the fetus out of her, and guess what happened next? They BEHEADED the fetus. Is that the definition of good hardworking people, because that sounds more like terrorism and cold blooded murder to me. Now they're here, and instead of our government viewing them as an international threat, they are classifying this group as nothing more than a group of unsettled misfits. A group of people who are "struggling" because they are "being kept down by the man". In fact if you would read the work up that our government has made about this gang, you would think they were a group of small petty thieves, not murderers. I guess it must be our fault for not accepting them into our culture. You know us "racist" Americans who dare stand up for "irrelevant" things like our safety, liberty, and the Constitution of this country.

So who's standing up and demanding change? Well you have the minutemen project and border patrol, but they can't do anything but flee when attacked. Not that haven't tried to make a stand, it's just our president and administration has some pretty important deals with Mexico, and he doesn't want those deals to be ruined by evil and intolerant things, you know like the law for example. They also have this organization called the ACLU who's only purpose lately is to stand up and salivate over the supposed "immunity" and "rights" that criminals, pedophiles, and illegal immigrants supposedly have under our constitution. They haven't sourced one article or line yet that proves their message, but god dammit they said it so it must be there.

On top of that we have a whole bipartisan wing of legislature that looks to these illegals as the future of their political careers. They've finally found a group of people who are stupid enough to swallow everything that the government says, without questions or free thought. I'm sure they can't wait to get those people their asylum, so they can register them to vote legally or not for that R or D.

But wait I'm not a politician I'm just a stupid farmer. I can't possibly understand the extreme knowledge and intelligence that our government has. I mean c'mon they are just so freaking intelligent, with all their degrees, otherwise they wouldn't be elected. I mean c'mon the Justice Department is made up of complete geniuses. Homeland Security as well. Chertoff said it best didn't he when he made the statement back in 2004 that there was "no such thing as any immigration problem".

But most of all the cream of all creamed jeans goes to our justice department in the Resendiz aka "Railroad Killer" case! Starting in 1997 he committed 15 murders and numerous rapes, and was deported 17 times, and those brilliant officials with their degrees didn't even think out of those 17 times to get a DNA sample or any information on the guy. HE WAS ARRESTED 17 TIMES, HE WAS IN OUR CUSTODY 17 GOD DAMN TIMES AND WE LET HIM GO EVERY SINGLE TIME! So he came back in 16 times and proceeded to rape women and kill people, who's lives could have been saved if one of those knowledge filled gurus bothered to think for a second.

We have Americans who are being killed and their murderers are simply being deported and let back in. But when Americans dare to stand up and hold these people accountable for what they are, they are imprisoned by our government, and their lives made miserable and ruined.

The Border Revisited

When did it suddenly become normal to sell out our own people , who dare do the job that our government won't do, in order to appease a foreign body of government? When did autonomy and independence suddenly bow to conformity and foreign opinion? When did the United States Constitution suddenly apply to all people of the world?

If you were like me you were probably shocked to here the story out of El Paso where a border agent who was jailed for shooting an "innocent drug smuggler", who had fired upon him, before he could flee back across to Mexico. Now you will probably be even more shocked to know that he was assaulted in jail and our own justice system who failed once to uphold the laws of this country in his case , is once again turning another blind eye to what happened.

Ignacio Ramos, who was just doing his job, was imprisoned for doing just that. This isn't the first time that our border forces have been put into a quagmire situation thanks to President Bush and many other idiots on all sides of Washington. In fact if you go back to the "Camelot Era" of Clinton you would see many times that our border people were threatened with physical harm and lawsuits if they dared to stop drug smugglers, by our own government.

It is very apparent that neither side of the government wants to do anything about this situation. The reason is obvious: votes. Both sides of the aisle view these people coming over illegally into this country as assets politically to getting themselves back on their pads in Washington. Nobody cares about the security threat that a wide open border poses except for people like Tom Tancredo and everyday Americans like you and me.

I applaud Tancredo for standing up and putting the blame for these constant outrageous events on our own borders, right back in the faces of those responsible. Bush and the Republicans have failed this country again and again when it comes to securing our country, while the Democrats fumble and bumble about their own ways to line up illegal votes and undermine our military instead of proposing something better. My question is how much longer are we going to stand for this crap? How much longer are the American people going to vote in a dynasty of incompetent leadership, while sacrificing our safety and our freedoms? Where is the Democratic Party? All I see is a group of Socialists, and where is the GOP, who is made up now of nothing but a group of spineless liberals?

I honestly think that it's a perfect time for a new party in this country. A party that stands for America first in all of it's ideas and truth. We need a party that stands strong on upholding the Constitution's wishes of a small limited government, concerned primarily in the defense of this country. We need a party that routes it's social beliefs in ethical morality and responsibility linked in populist independence, not government enforced tax and regulation. We need a government that sees the importance of preserving homeland based industry and self-sufficient resourcing, and the dangers of globalist mantra outsourcing. Where is this party?

Where are the people that truly love this country? They must be all fighting in the Middle East, because it seems the only people that are running the show here are the one's concerned about mucho dinero.

What's Up With Wal-Mart

I was watching some financial show on CNN the other day, and on this show was some anti-Wal Mart activist just spewing as much rhetoric as they usually can in their allotted time period. I can't help but wonder why in a capitalist society people would be so bent on not allowing a company to compete or become successful, but that's another story for another day.

Look I'll start out by saying that I am no fan of Wal-Mart. I don't like Wal-Mart because I find most of them to be dumps. I don't trust Wal-Mart for the fact that most of it's business connections and trade connections are routed in financial backings with Communist China and most of it's environmental practices are very shady. Getting caught dumping waste into nearby streams to avoid shipping costs and utilities costs somehow makes me queasy, but what Wal-Mart does is no different than what any other large scale corporation does, so why is there such an Anti-Wal Mart sentiment out there?

Well for one Wal-Mart happens to be the largest most successful retail corporation in the United States, making it an instant enemy to liberals in this country by default. Wal-Mart has managed to attract such a large following in this country for their cheap retail prices, as well as expand it's selection to allow an all purpose environment that appeals to low income as well as high income families, that it has basically created a monopoly without even creating a monopoly if that makes any sense. So what are the 4 top things people complain about?

-WAL-MART DOESN'T PAY GOOD WAGES-
Well for one thing if a store doesn't pay good wages, don't work for it. I didn't know that working at a grocery store was supposed to constitute an immediate right to a 6 figure income. Apparently if you ask these Wal-Mart Nazis what a good pay scale is, they'd probably give you something close to that figure. Look if you work at a grocery store, you're not going to get rich. I hate to break your bubble but that's reality.

-WAL-MART DISCRIMINATES AGAINST HIRING WOMEN AND THE OLD-
Then how come every time I've ever seen a Wal-Mart the only people I ever see working there a young or old women? This idiot politically correct BS of only allowing a company to function if it has a 70 to 30 ratio of women to men, is starting to get very old. This is not a communist country yet and we are not required to follow the Marxist idealism of a person getting a job based on need over ability. If you are a woman and you are a complete slob, who just shows up to get paid, and a man is out there that can do the job better than you, your gonna get canned. It's not discrimination it's called competition.

People who usually make this complaint are the very same people that vote for politicians who find nothing wrong with government expanding far past it's constitutional limits. All I can say is that this argument is so hypocritical it wreaks.

THEN DON'T WORK AT FREAKIN' WAL MART! See this is the problem with society nowadays. People don't want to change, they want things to change for them. They can't get up and do anything themselves, they want the government to do it, they want to just get everything for themselves without having to do anything. Look if a company gives health insurance coverage, that's great, if it doesn't, oh well. Not all companies out there even give health insurance. There are plenty of people out there in struggling small businesses or in entrepreneurship that have to pay for 70% and up of their coverage, so don't bitch that a company isn't paying for something, that it never promised to pay you when it hired you.

A Freezing Edition of Highlight Saturday

If I see another Global Warming idiot sitting in sunny SoCal bitching about warm it is for this time of the year, I think I might ignite myself. Today I have officially had a hard time, not starting my car, but actually getting into my car and getting the key into the ignition. It was so cold that my ignition switch on my car actually froze. Tomorrow right in time for the Super Bowl, which I will be watching with my friends while guzzling some assorted alcoholic beverage, it is supposed to top out at a whopping 1 below with a wind chill that shall go unnamed. Yes friends, a scorching 1 below. That should be enough of an outlier to throw a wrench in the whole Global Warming "World Average" especially considering that the entire northern US is in for a cold one this week.

As for quick highlight commentary, since I haven't had time to post lately in the blog. Maybe you heard or didn't hear but France is threatening us with a Euro Tax on all their exports, unless we comply with signing into the Kyoto Treaty. The only funny thing I find about this story is that it's the first time in along time that I've ever seen the words France and threatening in that order, since the last time France threatened someone, which was us, about a year ago. Why we gave them back their country twice is beyond me...

The race for 2008 is already getting muddy as Clinton and Obama fight for media coverage. The Clinton camp has already started their dirty campaigning with slamming Obama with as much political fecal matter as they possibly can. The Obama camp has seemed very timid in responding, as the queen marches on with her fem bot army just waiting for Obama to say something "sexist" back to her.

Romney has launched an attack against Hillary calling her "timid" and weak on Iran's nuclear program, which is very true indeed. The camp has fired back at him playing the Mormon bashing card and his flip-flop on abortion, which may be true, but if anyone can play all sides of the coin on issues it's Hillary who has faked her political positions since her election as Senator of New York.

A Texas deputy who fired upon an illegal immigrant who tried to run him down several times with his van will face 10 years in prison for injuring an illegal immigrant passenger in the van. Apparently nobody has ever heard of "self-defense". Oh wait I forgot, a poor disenfranchised illegal immigrant was involved so, it has to be the big bad evil rich Americans fault for the illegal trying to run him down. Apparently our justice system is so concerned about the invasion of illegal immigrants in this country that they will do what they can to undermine our own security forces in this country. Maybe if Washington wasn't sucking El Presidente of Mexico's political tet, we wouldn't be having such a problem here.

Republicans in Austin Texas are pushing for a mandatory fine against parents who fail to show up for parent-teacher conferences. The fine will be $500 dollars directly deposited towards the politician's bank accounts, I mean the general fund. Even parents who feel satisfied with their children's all A report card will have to show up or face the fine. Seems like a nice expansion of government law courtesy of our "caring" government.

The Boston Security Scare turned out to be two punks promoting a show. They apparently found it funny to scare a nation, and drain over half a million dollars in city budget. I think they should be responsible for reimbursing every penny as well as their mogul Turner.

Hillary Clueless On Iraq

What can I say besides uh huh?

So as I've said before, Hillary already expects a win in 2008. This shouldn't come to a surprise to many of us, since most of us have known that she wouldn't have put in, unless she expected an instantaneous victory in her name. I guarantee that there will be enough voter fraud in 2008 to make people's heads spin.

But let me ask this question, why is Hillary and many of the Democrats so worried about what time Bush pulls the troops out of Iraq? What can possibly be so important to the Democrats that they are urging for a withdrawal before Bush leaves the White House? Could it be that if Iraq falls, they want to blame it on the Republicans and the military? Could it be if we are to be attacked by retaliatory forces from Iraq, they want to be able to point the finger at it being Bush's fault or is it just that the Democrats, as usual, have no solution, just a finger to point with?

I think that it's a combination of all those things. See the Democrats have spent the last few years, screaming how we need to pull out, how Iraq is a lost cause, how our military is terrorizing children and murdering people, how the world is coming to an end, that they didn't bother to come up with any strategy other than withdrawal, or I'm sorry, "redeployment". So if they expect a Democratic victory in 2008, which they probably will get, I guess they don't want to have to do it themselves?

I may be wrong, but I fail to see why else these Dems could be so urgent about getting the troops out of Iraq before they take office. What can they be so worried about?

The Queen Has Arrived

Well it seems the queen has finally announced her plans.

Obviously it comes to no surprise to me as well as many other people. She has been jerking the presidential race chain since the last election. The media has already began to run these "Behind The Music" style stories, trying to paint the mad woman as some sort of hero of America. Good luck.

But with that bit of intense optimism, I have to now switch to my pessimistic side. I feel that Hillary can and probably will win the election in 2008. Not because she has this great following, it's because her opponent is not going to be anything appealing or special. The GOP has completely lost it's base, and with their continuous alienation of the conservative demographic that kept them in office, if they haven't learned from there last eventful election, they will have a few more years to sit it out in 2008.

Many republicans deny that they are as divided as is reported, which may or may not be true, the only division, exists between them and their constituency. On top of that, it doesn't seem like they are doing anything to correct that.

Hillary is popular among many republican women, simply on the fact that she is a woman. Hillary is going to draw a large amount of votes from minority, feminist, college, and blue collar voters. Don't believe me, read. With a disenfranchised conservative base, who's representation is near extinction from any of the political parties in this country today, the Republicans may think that they will draw a large number of moderate and central voters, but when your base is gone, where exactly do you start?

Let's look at how Hillary stands. Her prime objective is a Universal Coverage Plan, which remembering her back in the 90s, nearly destroying our health care system single-handily, may not be a good thing. She's going to raise taxes high enough to pop your eyes out, and she's going to leave the borders wide open. We'll be pulled out of Iraq and anywhere in the Middle East for that matter, and the Kyoto Treaty will be on the front burner, so don't expect to be holding onto your Yukon, Navigator, or Expedition for very much longer.

Hillary is a true-blue liberal, but who is the GOP aiming to run against her? McCain? A man who has sided with liberal Democrats almost consistently with the exception of Iraq? Maybe Giuliani, a man who is liberal by all streaks, a womanizer, and the biggest tax whore in the face of the GOP. Now there's Brownback, who is claiming to be a conservative to the core, yet he supports wide open borders, voted against the Iraq War, as well as any funding for it, including money going to body armor for our troops, and also supports higher taxation to increase foreign aid revenues.

There isn't anything the matter with Romney, yet the GOP is avoiding him like the plague, because he dares to represent the party that Reagan believed in. What's Romney's nail in the coffin flaw to the Republicans? He's Mormon. Yes, because he's freaking Mormon, he's far worse than these idiots who support the demise of our military, these flat out anti-American globalists who think that this country's only point to existence is to serve every screwed up country on the planet, these corporate country club elitists who think that complete government intervention and control would keep us "peons" from stepping out of line. Think I'm nuts, again read. Go and read some of the flat out bigotry that people have against Mormonism. I'm a Christian and I don't agree with many aspects to the Mormon religion, but their religion is their religion. They are not bothering me, so why should I intrude on them, yet the way the "religious right" acts, you would think that anything other than an Evangelical Tent Worship, would be the spawn of Lucifer.

Yet mark my words in 2008, you will be looking at voting for a liberal or a socialist. So keep in mind while you're hurling the seven wives insults towards Romney and his supporters, you're also hurling your liberty and freedom out the window as well.

My Best Friend & Iraq

I was working yesterday like a dog in the office trying to get last minute paperwork on inventory done, and a true hero walked into the shop. My best friend, Luke is a corporal in the US Army and has been on his second tour of duty in Baghdad since January of last year and unknown to my knowledge, he had come back the day before.

It was a complete and total shock to see him, since with the recent call for troop increases, I was expecting him to have his tour extended for at least another few months. I had to take him out for a few beers because it was the least I could do, for his heroism, and his duty.

We caught up on old stories, laughed, drank, and all I can say is that I was in complete and total awe at the stories that he told about how things were going well, and what success he had seen personally over in Iraq. He told me that in downtown Baghdad, the military had succesfully gotten four or five schools up and running. Not one or two, four or five. He talked about how he had met very interesting people from around the United States, and the camaraderie of the soldiers and people was something that was unrivaled by anything I could imagine.

Even though I was nervous to push the subject, I had to. I asked him what he thought about the media following them around over there, and he looked at me like I had killed his dog. He said and I quote, "They're f---ing ruining us, and they want it that way". He told me these horror stories of how whenever a soldier was killed the reporters would use friends of that soldier in the army and try and persuade an anti-war statement out of them so they could relay it back to the media at home. He told me that soldiers are getting shot and wounded, trying to protect these journalists who are personally putting themselves in hostile environments to exploit disturbances as civil unrest. He said that the journalists are snoops and have gone through soldiers journals and writings, trying to find something that could incriminate our soldiers. He also told me that no matter what you told them, they would twist it and report it as an anti-war statement.

I was angered by that, but I was most moved by his honesty. Luke told me that the hardest thing for the soldiers is not the danger, but the fact that even when they do something great, they see our papers and our news, talk about how it's unworthy of attention or really a failure. Yes America, us evil conservative people were not lying when we said that every vile comment that Senators like Dick Head Durbin and John UN-Funny Kerry made, was being heard and seen by the military. We were not lying about how these people are undermining and getting our troops killed physically and psychologically. Yes, the smokescreen of political manipulation over a war, has begun, and the folks that are calling it another Vietnam, want it to be a Vietnam.
We lost Vietnam because our politicians made it impossible for our troops to win. We lost Vietnam because our media, did such a great job of making us the bad guys, that we lost that war, and now over 40 years later, we are in the same situation. Our troops are winning this war, and our media and legislators are so bent on ruining Bush, that they will extinguish the lives of thousands of our people, just to get their jabs in at Bush. These people all need to be thrown out, now.

It's very simple people we can either fight the war there, or fight it over here. Sticking our head in the sand, and closing our eyes, clicking our heels, and saying "There's no place like home" over and over again is not going to make these people disappear. They have a goal to get to Allah with 72 virgins, and their ticket there in their minds, is through the death of you and me. Conservative and liberal, Christian and Jew, Atheist and fundamentalist, all in the same. Their culture of death does not discriminate, and people need to wake up and see this as what it is.

Look I'm not a fan of President Bush's policies, and most of his policies I find flaw with, but my political viewpoints are beside the point. You people out their that hate Bush, and would do anything to see him thrown out and ridiculed, aren't understanding that there is so much more to this than just you and him. We have men and women oversees that are fighting an enemy, who can't fight an enemy when they are restrained, and caught in this perpetual tug-a-war between right and left over here. Enough is enough. You are either with us, or your against us, and if you are against this country winning the war, you don't belong here. It's that simple.

Social Security To Illegals

If you would have gone back a few years, like even into the mid to late 90s and said to me that people from another country would have access to your safety net years even before you would need it or be allowed access to it, I would have told you that you were nuts. But now today I can eat those words, because guess what? Congress is doing exactly that.

Now the way Social Security works is as a safety net because there are some people out there that don't understand what it's purpose is. Social Security is set up to protect people against poverty, who have retired from work, have serious disabilities and cannot work otherwise, and for people who are entitled to it after a certain amount of service or after the death of a primary or secondary income provider. Social Security was not a pot of free gold at the end of the rainbow for politicians to drain like the Clinton's' loved to do for their general funds. So over the years, the politicians looked at this pot as free money and have been stealing from it. So now over the last few years due to fraud from people robbing and taking advantage of the system as well as the government's pick pocket ideals, a hole began and then came a deficit. The baby boomer generation will retire, and being the largest generation yet, there will be more demand then supply. That is the first problem.

Now the liberals who loved to tax and screw people to line their own pockets have come up with a new strategy to totally leave people without a penny. Put people on the system from other countries and push the system over the lines of bankrupt that way their will be nothing for anyone, but still an exposed tax that people will have to pay into in order to see a dime. The political animals will line their pockets, and will make them fat as a bloated lap cat.

As for you, you'll get nothing, so hold on to your wallets.

But don't think that this is just a liberal plan, the knife falls on both sides of the aisle for this little vacuum.

Bush agreed in 2003 with Vincente Fox to allow workers who entered this country illegally and work illegally, to be entitled to Social Security services. Now keep in mind, that these people have not paid a tax let alone a button and lint, for that social security. So long before the GOP was doing their little hand rub and campfire hurrah about getting tough on the border, they were selling all of us down the river, but the screw job doesn't end there.

The rate at which the Social Security system is plummeting, regulations and restrictions on citizens have increased, leaving the average disabled applicant or qualified receiver 10 years on a waiting list before they can even get considered for a fragment of the money or services, for a limited time.

These people can come over to the country from anywhere, walk in illegally, pick lettuce for a couple months, and get a lifelong check and free services for the rest of their lives. They aren't even a citizen.

So the moral of this story for you as a citizen, as we move closer and closer to striking the sickle of socialism and communism, don't work to hard, because apparently they don't care anyways.

You can work years as an American, live and breath the American dream, stand up and salute the flag, fight and be badly maimed for your country, and you will still wait ten years to see a taxable penny, while the illegal who doesn't speak English, doesn't owe allegiance to you as a brother or sister or the country of America, gets a free ride, courtesy of the government that thousands fought and died for to preserve.

But guess who's fault it is for the out of control expanding government? This isn't a dictatorship yet, and all the people who were asleep who have just woken up and seen the handwriting on the wall, you snooze you lose, and unfortunately many hardworking individuals who fought and tried to get their voices out are going to be taken with the lazy asses who didn't care until it effected them. This is our problem, and under Reagan we had a chance to fix it, yet people fell asleep and ignored Reagan's warnings, choosing to follow the false conservatism of the Bushes, and gazed upon Clinton like he was a bronze god. Now you can pay for it, because as the democrats are jackasses and the republicans are elephants, you are now an ant, a peon.

But maybe if enough ants come together the elephant and jackass can be driven out, and the ants will once again gain their power as the driving force of this country. But apathy and sleep won't do it.

They Forgot To Give Him Novacaine!

If you've been listening to the waves and reading the wires recently, one of the top stories you are going to hear repeated over and over again, like the way the media birds had chirped Obama's name repeatedly for hours straight, the "humanitarians" complaining non-stop about how Hussein was ridiculed before he was hung. Yes, they are actually upset that he was being sneered at and shouted at before he was freaking hung.

I have a question for these "humanitarians". Where were all these goofballs when thousands of innocent people were being tortured, murdered in cold blood by this savage man? Where were all these goofballs when Saddam's sons were feeding women through paper shredders after they had savagely raped and violated them? What was there a free for all at Starbucks up until the day of Saddam's execution, that these goofballs just came out of the woods now?

I am so sick and tired of listening to the media go on and complain about how a brutal murderer was "brutally" hung. I mean c'mon their complaining that he didn't have a warm towel around his neck before they put the noose on him? Gee excuse me, but was he supposed to be given the "oral exam" by a hot cheerleader before being hung to? What is the matter with the world?

I turn on Fox News and they've moved on, with the exception of more coverage on Gerald Ford's final hurrah, not that I have a problem with that, and then I move back to CNN and BBC, and all they are talking about is how Saddam was "humiliated" before he was executed. All I can say is who cares?

Seriously I think that Saddam should have been put through a paper shredder like the hundreds who he had killed because they were, outspoken, free-thinkers, women, homosexuals, etc, but I know that there are tons of people out there that would want me thrown through a paper shredder for holding that opinion.

I also have to laugh, because I was talking to a friend today and he made a valid point. The same people that are going on and on about how Saddam was mistreated are the very same people who would gladly and openly fantasize about how they would kill the president and his supporters. They are the very same people, it just seems that they have more respect for a brutal dictator than the leader of the free world.

On the other side of the aisle, there is Castro, who is just an absolute role-model for human rights, you know shooting people twice in the back of the head for disagreeing with him and consistently stealing from the poor to give to the wealthy, and creating the illusion of something happening for the positive. Castro opened up his trap the other day about how he views the hanging of Saddam as "brutal", and the media locked steps behind him. Yes Castro, the true fighter for liberty and the rights of people everywhere, as long as Castro has them under his control and can play God for at least an hour everyday.

So with that being said, I can sit back and take a sip of my much cheaper, non-snobbish Caribou Coffee, and watch the world continue to spin closer and closer to the point of no return.

How the Law Promotes Inequality

I'm in the mood for a little bit of a rant today after reading an email sent to me by a friend. Has anyone read the guidelines on what is considered sexual offense recently? Did anyone know that the guidelines are different between a male and a female here in Michigan? I thought justice was supposed to be blind.

When it comes to a male's guidelines, the act must include unwanted sexual contact (not any kind of contact, must be sexual), forced penetration, or unintended sodomy.

When it comes to a female, it is any act or gesture, verbal or physical, that can be determined by the female as sexual harassment. So basically meaning that if some woman really wanted to sue someone, all that person had to do was wink at the chick, and the chick could press charges or file suit? What the hell?

Please do not tell me that I don't understand how hard it is to be a female, so feminazis and femdombots out there, spare it, I don't care about your little rants. Yes the income thing needs to be solved, but besides that really where is the discrimination against women? Find me some rule out their for becoming a doctor, or a lawyer, or even a high paid politician, that secludes women? You won't find any, but because their is this attitude in the powers to be that men are just walking rapists or something, you're going to get this.

Look at the Duke case for an example. The tides are turning and finally people are realizing that these guys are innocent. My god, any sane thinker would've envisioned that, when the idiot refused to release evidence linking these guys to any form of rape, but all the woman had to do was point a finger, and she got a fricken indictment. Plus, thanks to the media polluting the jury pool with every feminazi out their, as well as Jesse Jackson, who apparently someone named as the messiah of black people all over the world, and because apparently he must have been their for the whole scenario of this woman being raped, saying that she's telling the truth simply on the fact that she's a woman and she's black.

So now the justice system isn't even considering using evidence anymore? I mean have we decided to take our whole complicated system of judiciaries and change their job to re-writing laws (which is another topic for another day) and replaced the method and the purpose of them proving or disproving innocence with a method of judging the book by it's cover? I mean what has happened to our country?

Well I may have stumbled upon the recent influx of craziness. There is another Mad Cow scare occurring with beef products. I'm not going to get into that, look it up online and make sure to be careful with what you buy.

Listening to the radio today I was shocked to not hear the sound of harmonized Obamas playing over the airwaves frantically behind the over giddy reporter analyzing the story. Has Obamas 15 minutes of fame ran out? Somehow I doubt it, but at least I can rest my ears.

As far this little kid video on Youtube goes, whether she's an actress, or a Native American, or whatever, unless she's a child prodigy I don't see how this wasn't scripted, and my opinion of the person who scripted it is just as it was previously, untainted by moonbat ideals. The person who is using this girl to put their views on the Internet is still a spineless freak in my idea. At least have the guts to put your face or info into the attention of others, when you make an opinion, not have someone voice it for you, so when the criticism comes around this little girl isn't going to pay for it down the road.

This is not a freedom of speech thing to me at all. I could care less what people have to say. That's the beauty of America, we are all entitled to an opinion, no matter how nutty it is. The thing to that is, when we make this opinion known, we also have the right to be criticized for it, and honestly I see this as some low cheap shot for someone to get their fanatical views out their and not have to answer directly for them. That's what I find wrong.

Whether you agree with the video or not, is besides the point, even though I find it hypocritical that people that are always talking about how multi-culturalism should be respected, find nothing wrong with, and are usually the first to jump into the alienation of Christians. It seems the lion in the arena still awaits the Christian and the Jewish people for that matter to some, but everyone else's opinion and view is sheeted in gold, and walks on water. Freedom of speech for that fortunate side of the aisle with a hidden agenda of censorship brought in under two towering letters, PC; but I rest my case.

Moving on to much more important issues, China, a growing superpower, and very Communist power in that respect, is proving how the perfect system of communism solves people's problems with regulation of freedoms. It gets rid of the freedoms.

Over the last year China has been going out of it's way to make the Russian blood trail of dissent, look like a puddle. With their basic Soylent Green solution to protesters and violators of law, China should make the United Nations and world very proud. I mean everyone has their nose up China's large crack, but say America is too "savage" when we don't give terrorists fluffy enough pillows. So their you go humane world, there is your leader to freedom: China, a truly unfree-yet free by name Promised Land.

Have the planets aligned for the first time a millennium or something, like as if their can be some cosmic explanation for why it seems everyone on this planet is gone mad. First off to touch on multiple fronts here.

Christmas trees are not religious items. Neither is Santa Clause. I hope this clears up some confusion for some folks. Where in the world do people get this idea that a Christmas tree is a symbol of Christianity? How the heck is Santa Clause a religious icon? I mean did I miss something in Sunday School about how Jesus died and returned to life as an jolly overweight bearded man who gives presents to kids and loves warm milk? Was Jesus crucified to an evergreen with a star on it?

Seriously I thought that the madness last year that involved whether people should be allowed to say Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, or Happy Holidays was enough to gouge my eyes out, but now you listen to the radio and want to shoot yourself in the head just to end the madness.

There's a school district that is requiring people to only place an inflatable Santa Claus up if their is a Frosty to accompany it. THIS IS A MAJOR FREAKING STORY! As if somewhere someone got offended when they seen Santa and decided you know what would really be better, if Frosty was represented! Now we can't even be safe with fictional characters?!

Anyways moving on, I'm not gonna talk about Obama. Everyone else on this planet has, so I might as well spare y'all.

And finally I'm getting so sick and tired of hearing these Hollywood maniacs talk about how 9-11 was an inside job. It was bad enough having to listen to them get their 15 minutes of fame on TV and on radio, now we have every idiot actor and director out there that's suddenly an expert.

David Lynch, was in Europe giving an interview on what he thought of American government. With that being said why do these idiots always do their bashing out of the country? Anyways, he went on about how the towers were set off by demolition charges, and how their were no planes, they were all missiles, and how there was no plane that crashed in Pennsylvania, while he sat and stuttered and drooled on himself like Don Imus and company. I mean if these people are so smart, one question?

What happened to all the people?

Did over 3000 folks decide to go on a quest to La La Land? I mean did the land of Oz get a population spark?

Maybe the Bermuda Triangle moved north?

And don't tell me that I'm making fun of something that shouldn't be made fun of, because I'm not. I'm exposing the idiocy of these supposed elitists and self-anointed important people, because if people like me don't, no one does.

Religious Bigotry Alive And Well

I honestly thought that this was over when Kennedy won the election back in 1960.

But no it appears that still today people don't look at what issues matter the most to them, they don't pay attention to what is at stakes during elections, and they most definitely don't think what would be best for the country. They vote how there preachers or there church groups tell them how to.

When I see a number like 53%, when it comes to people not voting for someone because of that person's religious affiliation, I can't help but feel absolutely scared to death. Scared to death that there are at least 53% of the voting pool out there for a particular demographic that is dumber than a rock. You know, I honestly think that they should bring back some form of political test you have to take before you can be registered to vote, because there are too many stupid asses in this country voting.

Well, in this statistic can 53% spell Mormon? Do they know that Mormons are members of the Church of Jesus Christ and Latter Day Saints? Because apparently from reading a lot of these people's comments, Mormons aren't Christians, when in fact they are.

In the world we are living in, which I thought was becoming a little more tolerant and a little more civilized (forgive me I had too high of hopes) everyday, it seems that stereotypes are still strong and viable in the political world of voters. In fact I bet if you asked from this group of statistic, these fundamental wackos, why not, the typical answer would be some insult against Polygamy.

I hate to break the wafer here, but Polygamy is only practiced by a small sect of radical kooks. But using their judgement I guess because I'm a Catholic, I'm anti-death penalty, anti-gambling, anti-alcohol, and finally an alcoholic. Hmm damn...

The problem here is that most people in this country don't take the time to read or understand other people. They sit and just talk among their own little groups, and in many of the evangelical strongholds in this country which are small town communities that are often really segregated from the outside world, and all that is learned about other people is what is spread in their little town. This cycle repeats and repeats and sooner or later you have this large group of uneducated people who now have the power to make major decisions in this country. So what the preacher says Sunday morn', is often what people take with them into the voting booth.

Ignorance and stupidity are the roots to the bigotry in this country, and it's not just in evangelical communities, it's in the people that we are fighting. I mean look, these people are brainwashed in Islam from day one. Eventually if that's all your taught, how do you know what's right and wrong besides that. Whether it's Evangelicalism, Islam, Catholicism, Buddhism, whatever, the danger is still there.

Now some of you are thinking that I'm quick to judge and I'm not, because, somehow I can't see almost half of a voting pool being that stupid and intolerant, although I've been wrong before, and I have doubts at how vast a spectrum was used in this sample of people's opinion. This is besides the point, because from past experience I can already see what's going to happen next.

And this is not me bashing Evangelical beliefs. Let's stop this idea before it starts and I have to deal with endless rants of people lecturing me on how Jesus saved me from damnation. Believe me, I've heard it all before. Moving on...

Let's say Mitt becomes the presidential candidate for the GOP. He will run against either Osama Hussein Obama or Queen Hillary and this particular demographic of the population will sit on their butts at home and not vote. They won't pay attention to the fact that Romney fits what they believe in, they'll pay attention to the fact that he's not there slapping hands and singing Hallelujah in their church on Sunday. Then Hellary The Great will get into Washington, and then we really can be up the creek.

Education is important people and I'm not trying to be redundant here, but read and understand something before you just follow the crowd on the stereotypical babbling of others. It's not worth losing your freedoms and country over, whether preacher will be happy with you voting out of denomination once in a while.

It's kind of interesting nowadays how the media seems to be more selective of what stories make the news and what stories just seem to fall under the covers of endless other pages. I was reading an older newspaper today, simply because I never got the chance to read it, and on the front page it read something along the lines of "BLOODIEST DAY IN IRAQ" and then continued on about how we are blatantly failing miserably in Iraq and how it was a mistake to invade. I read through the story and then decided to scan through the paper to see what else was in it.

As I flipped through the paper, 4A, 6A, 8A, 10A, finally I find what appears to be a small little article no more than 4 or 5 paragraphs long about how our troops have successfully retrieved information on large terrorist movements and locations. Now there were no big headlines marking this, no colorful long sub headlines, or no colorful pictures. Just a small little pointless group of words hidden in the corner.

It's amazing how if you really look into things and read between the lines, you can notice how far our own media goes to write and select the news, and then drop the rest. It's amazing how these organizations that supposedly pride themselves on how "unbiased and fair" they are, get away with this kind of monopoly of raping information that people need to here.

And it's amazing how nobody seems to pay attention.

With Friends Like These: A Look Into How Our Allies Are Our Enemies

Some of the most scariest phrases that can be muttered in the political world at least to folks that have a reasonable amount of common sense are the words, we have to rally our allies. Now a lot of people are thinking what are you talking about, rallying our allies is a good thing isn't it? Well it depends on what is usually meant by allies.

A liberal can say allies and a conservative can say allies and mean two completely different things. When a liberal usually says allies he means one of the following: China, Russia, the United Nations, etc. When a conservative says allies he usually means military supporters like: Israel and Britain. See now you have to completely different worlds right there.

The reasons I bring this up is in response to the case of what has been recently happening in Russia. For those of you who haven't been able to follow it, since Putin took office in 2000, and don't think it was just going on during Putin it happened before him, there has been this trail of blood on critics of his government. There have been like 16 deaths of journalists who the government had labeled as being critics of Putin as well as this recent case with this man who died of radiation poisoning.

Russia is not our ally, and I'm sure the great ol' gipper is probably rolling in his grave right now as these morons in power make decisions bringing Russia to the tea party as if there long lost friends. Russia has and will screw us every chance they get to do so. Why we haven't learned from experience I don't know. Russia was sending arms to Iran while we were first getting involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom and when they got caught, our own government basically blew it off as if it was nothing. If that doesn't anger you, let me continue.

When Bush first met Putin, Bush praised him and has done so since then. The two are practically joined at the hip but again what does Putin stand for. It has been shown that they've back stabbed us every single chance they can, and when news comes around that there supplying fundamentalist quacks like Ahmanutjob in Iran, the ally label kinda fails to stick don't it?

Believe it or not, when the USSR fell, the only thing that fell was the status quo. The idea of that type of government is still well and alive over there, and as of recently the ol comrades are starting to shine through again in there decisions being made over there. But will we be careful? From I what I see the answer is no.

We should be very concerned over what Russia is doing and what China is doing, but mostly all I see is a bunch of attention less empty suits on both sides of the aisle. Nobody is paying attention to the border, nobody is watching what our supposed "allies" are doing, hell it seems were not even paying attention to what our enemies are doing anymore.

But if we do not read the a handwriting on the wall and start solving these problems the way they need to be solved we will be involved in a conflict that will make the mess in the middle east look like Saturday in the park.

I could not sleep at all last night and I decided to listen to the radio, and I caught some of the Midnight Network Radio that is on every night which I guess who's purpose is to provide commentary to people driving late and night and entertainment to insomniacs and people up late working. On this program they talked about how Rangel as well as other nutzo democrats like Bella Pelosi from CA (not to be confused with Bella Lugosi, even though they resemble each other.) are pushing for legislation to bring back the draft to try and detour future leaders from going to war. Yes I know they couldn't figure it out either, as well as anyone with any sense in there skull. It's as if their plotting for the destruction of this country.

But as they had callers call in to the program it seemed the general consensus was that "we should bring back the draft because it will punish the younger generation for being so lazy." Now I'm sorry but what the hell kind of reasoning is that and secondly I'm so sick and tired of these old farts who think because they were named the greatest generation they suddenly have the right to dictate to us what we can and can't do. I have all the respect for the WWII veterans, but honestly, has the vast majority of them lost there freaking minds? I mean the way they trashed the Vietnam Veterans was one thing and now they sit and bash Bush and then the troops in Iraq the next second. It's like get off your rocker folks literally and figuratively. I mean how the hell do you get off saying I hate Bush and all these wars, and then the next sentence say, but we should bring back the draft?

It angers me when people talk out of both sides of their mouth on anything, but when you add in people's lives and the future of this country into the mix, that just plain old infuriates me. I think people need to wake up and smell the coffee, because as of the last election we have given these type people control of the direction of our country. We have given the socialist democrats the power to turn this great nation into a great disaster and with the reasoning of bringing back the draft to detour leaders from going to war, I can see were already in for a bumpy few next years.

Now I will be the first to admit that I am not a fan of Bush. I don't like alot of his policies and I've never given the time of day to politicians who feel that the government is the best solution for everything, but what these demonauts (yes it's implying democrats are communists) are doing is flat out undermining of this country. They are convinced that we are the problem not the terrorists. They are convinced if we just change our constitution and condone the acts of these Islamofacists, we will be in peace again, and from what I heard recently, I don't by that we were really united after 9-11.

With Al-Wacko-Gore demanding that we have a committee set up to change our policies and our freedoms to appease what the terrorists don't like about us, this being around November of 2001; it seems that the democrats are slowly just sneaking that idea into action. With that being said, the demonauts had no intentions at all of ever going to war with the evil Islamofacists, it was all just a ploy to get re-elected, and if Gore would have won in 2001, do I even have to tell you what this country would have been?

Now what the demonauts don't understand is that these terrorists want to kill and destroy all of us, whether your Christian, Jew, Atheist, right wing, left wing, centralist, idealist, realist, bada bing bada bang, etc. So sorry if I burst the bubble of every air head liberal out there, because your not going to be able to pay them off.

But getting back to the main point of this segment, it's the hypocrites in this country that care more about there political aspirations than the safety of you and me that will destroy this country before any foreign threat can come close. If I could post what every Demonaut said who supported the draft, I could basically read between the line and show the same similar talking point intent. They want to prove that Bush was wrong and they were right, and by doing this they may destroy everything that you and me hold dear.

I'm trying to customize everything so it's easy to see and to how I like it so don't be surprised if the page changes a few times while you come to view it or you don't have to come view it at all until tomorrow, because I'll be done by then. A New Home

Hey all that know me and people that don't. I go by Rightways on certain boards and blogs but you can call me Joe. I moved here from another blog site after having some disagreements and vandalizing from other bloggers, mostly because they didn't like the fact that I was a conservative.
My views are close to a conservative libertarian, even though I don't look at things for right or left, I look at them for right or wrong, and if either side does something I disagree with, I let it be known, and you can see my other posts at the old site which I'll archive in a blog roll. So hopefully this will get off to a better start than before.
